This store, what can I tell you about this store? Well, first of all, first word, I would say that describes this target as empty shelves. Yes, empty shelves and lots of them. You see red, rather than stocking up on all the goods that shoppers, like to buy test. This target always has empty shelves. They don't have the things that people want to buy. They use some kind of uh, uh, computer algorithm to either inventory and it doesn't work. Because they're always out of everything, you know. It's simply ridiculous that I can go into a store and they don't even have the peanut butter brands that I like. I like jiff, peanut butter and uh, that's just one example I could give you about a 100, maybe even 200. It depends, it's always like rolling the dice to to know if they're going to carry the item that you might be the purchasing, no matter how popular that item might be or how standard or mundane, they just simply don't Do you proper inventory. In a nutshell, which is probably all you're gonna get at target, because The Nut that will be out of stock. But seriously, in a nutshell, don't go to that target, it's not worth it. You're not gonna find what you need and you're going to end up having to make a second chip. Somewhere else, so better just skip this target altogether. Go with somewhere else. So take that advice and we run with it to...
Read moreI spend thousands of dollars shopping at Target every year. This evening (11/21/2018) I stopped in to buy a Beats earbbud. I had to look for somebody to help me get what I wanted from behind the locked glass. The first thing this kid said is don't buy this because they break all the time and that I should buy something else. I told him I still wanted to look at it and he went behind a door and didn't come back. Talk about a slap in the face. For somebody 58 years old talk about feeling like an old man. Guest first? All these kids care about is stocking the shelves for Black Friday. The same exact thing happened at the Eagan Target also. I was there first and then went to Appke Valley. So again I ask why should I continue to spend my money there? I asked for help in a nice way and I got the bums rush. Target...you are NOT off to a good start and I'll tell everybody about my experience. I don't have to spend my money there and I hope their management sees this little note. Your bonuses should not be about how much money a store makes but also how your customers feel about their experiences. How they have been treated. You failed me...made me feel like an old man...standing and waiting in an isle by myself...for somebody to not come back...
Read moreIn a time when most businesses are working hard to attract customers, this Target location's customer service has been declining. I went there today to get Mountain Dew and price match for a competitor's price. There was no one cleaning carts at the entry I went in and no stand for wipes at either entry. I picked up 8 12 packs of pop and headed to customer service. The Hy Vee price was 4/10. The customer service rep needed help to figure out how much that would be each and when another rep helped informed me that I could only get the deal on 4. That was news since they have not had the policy in the past, in fact yesterday they price matched for 16. I said it was fine I'd just check out again for 4. The store doesn't have time to keep the carts clean, but had the time to notify the manager, so that when I went through another line, the manager was notified. I asked him when the policy changed, as they have not limited in the past, or yesterday. He could not have cared less. Well they'll spend more time putting the product back, not have the sale, and I'll avoid Target in the future, they must not need the business since they were allowed to stay open over the last...
