Nautical Bowls — Restaurant in Apple Valley

The Paddle Bowl I got at the Minnesota State Fair this weekend was one of my favorite things I tried; so, finding out there was a location in Apple Valley made my day!

The bowls are all gluten free, which is great for me, someone who is gluten intolerant. Both bowls I had this weekend were lick-the-bowl delicious. They were full to the brim, the perfect balance of textures, and incredibly flavorful.

I got the smallest size, both times; as a treat to share, it was very filling. As a solo venture, it was more than enough to keep me full and satisfied until my next meal.

I’ve had my ups and downs with this store to be honest. I came in this last Saturday and had a great experience. On the other hand I came in a week or so ago was served by an extremely bitter girl named Hailey. I’m not sure what her problem was but she made me feel super uncomfortable, she seemed stuck up and rude at the same time (Not sure how that possible, LOL!) and honestly I wanted to take my business elsewhere. This was our first time ever going here and we heard about it because it was a new food at the Minnesota State Fair. At the State Fair they only had a few selections so we were surprised to see all of the different bowls that they had available at the actual location. They are very good!
