Super World Buffet — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I don't understand negative reviews on this place, me and my girl friend go here every month to every other month just to spend some time together and enjoy a meal out. The choices on the buffet are huge compared to any other buffet I've been to in the area. Sky Dragon is Rochester, MN is truly the best if your in their area goto them but back to this place. So many choices from fried chicken, to little clams, to mussells, shrimp, sushi (which my friend complained some of which weren't fresh, but she's a complaining finicky freak so, not sure on that, the pieces I had always were and it's made right there that day, unlike supermarket sushi that sits for who knows how long and she loves that stuff. They have make your own plates and they will cook it up right in front of you. Note: be ready to tip those guys cooking up in front of you meals and sushi a buck if you want, they do have a tip jar there, and I never tip because I only have checks and credit cards, all in all the place is huge the service is impecable, everyones nice and as I said there's so many good dishes to make you more than full that who cares if there's some you don't like someone else will like them and that will be their thing. Costs just under thirty bucks for dinner buffet with no drinks, just water and print off their coupons and get ten percent off meal which should cover the tip pretty much, I usually give the girl three to four bucks. They offer american food as well which is a winner with the kids, the chicken, pizza, and not sure what else but there's a fair amount of stuff. HIGHLY recommend the newer Dragonstar Buffet in Burnsville over this place,It sounds like it has NOT improved any!!! & will still not return. My visit on 7-4-18,I chose to eat here on the 4th at about 6pm & the hostess WAS TOTALLY UTTERLY & COMPLETY RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!First when I wanted to sit in a certain area,The hostess asked "WHERE?!" WITH A VERY ANGRY ATTITUDE! IT was NOT BUSY so it DIDN'T matter to have that kind of attitude about it!There was PLENTY OF open booths!!! NO ONE ELSE WAS EVEN SITTING WHERE I WANTED TO SIT!!!Then later my check was given to me to pay up front,FINE,BUT YOU DO NOT THEN COME BACK TO SOMEONE'S TABLE RIGHT AWAY,A MINUTE LATER & ASK THEM IF THEY'RE GOING TO PAY IN A VERY HARASSING MANNER,& 3 TIMES RIGHT IN A ROW!!!!!!!!FOR NO REASON!!!BASICALLY I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE & I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A HALF AN HOUR! The staff is very very very rude i have never had an experience that bad at any restaurant befor. Also some lady went aroumd and just grabbed the soy sauce off of everybody's tables while they were eating and a few otjers commented to us the same experience during our visit so we asked for it baxk and they said no go up to the buffet instead of handing me back the sauce that was on my table!! Then the resr of the time i was there i got dirty looks from the employees they sweep by your feet as you eat too there was no manmers from this place at all even the lady who seats you was very rude and pushy she sat us with no regard to act polite!!! I will never return to this place ever!!! You have been earned about the place visit if you like to be treated...
