I had the misfortune of dropping my phone early in the morning and having the screen shatter instantaneously. It didn't look horrible, but it made my heart drop into my stomach knowing that just a minute earlier, my phone was sitting comfortably on top of the table. I found Go Gadget, which was offering a check-in deal. I was convinced after reading through just a few of many positive reviews.

I walked in around eleven, and there was already a customer there. Ryan took a look at my phone, ran some tests on it, and announced that it was fixable (thank goodness!). He took a few pictures, got some information, and sent it to the team of technicians. I decided to stay at the store and wait for my phone to be fixed. They have an iPad for customers to browse, as well as many phone cases and accessories for sale. There's comfortable armchairs as well as barstools at the counter. While I was waiting, Ryan kept me occupied with conversation about phones, screens so the 45-50 minute wait flew by in no time! My phone was fixed in no time, and after paying, I was on my way.

But, knowing me, misfortunes do not come alone. I made a call and realized that my microphone wasn't working. And when I tried using Siri, she would not pick up my voice. So I went back to the store and explained the situation to Ryan. He asked the technicians if they could see what was wrong with it. Apparently when I had dropped my phone, it was where the charging port/speaker area was. It could detect his voice, but had trouble identifying mine. He quoted me a discounted price and, since I was already there, helped my phone undergo a second surgery. While waiting, he showed me what had happened, what was wrong, etc., which I thought was super nice of him!

It's been more than a week since my phone has been fixed. It works well and the screen seems even sleeker than before. Super thankful I found this place through Yelp! Thank you Ryan and the tech team for helping me out. Prices were lower than I had expected and altogether cost about $130 for the screen and the charging port.

Ryan was super friendly and very patient with explaining to me what the damage on my phone is, and exactly is needed to fix it. He also helped me understand the difference between parts and the possibility of what the other issues might be. He was really helpful all they way until my phone was delivered back to me.

OLD PLACE: I was loyal to another cellphone repair shop before, but it was further out in Pasadena, getting a time scheduled was a little out of the way, and the parking is nearly nonexistent at the other place.

THIS PLACE I found this one through an easy search, and my goodness, its a very short drive (or a quick walk) to get here. Parking is easy and available all around the block, fast repairs, walk-ins welcome, and easy access. This will be my new place for repairs and assessment.

The problem I had with my phone wasnt a big issue at all- just the display - a single part and needed to be swapped out. So, i dropped off my phone at about 13:00, went out for lunch, and when i was almost at my door, my phone got a text saying that the phone is ready for pickup. Got back, paid for the repair - had some questions answered, and im off to home.

Recommended for folks whos around the area and wanting to get their phone jobs...

I’m waiting this review bc I took my iPhone 11 plus with broken screen front and back I paid over $350 and the screen on the back broke the next day it didn’t fall and it had a good case protector and it still broke my keyboard does not work properly my screen freezes a lot and if my phone dies and try to put on my password my screen freezes for a good 5 to 10 minutes it’s so frustrating trying to unlock my phone also took my daughter iPads witch I also paid like $330 to replace screen and battery. they replace the battery on one of the iPads and my daughter didn’t get to used it bc it would turn off even though it was at 100% battery 🔋 charged so I took it back they said they fixed it but is still doing the same thing now they are saying it might be something else but they said they can’t fix it no more bc it’s over 60 days I do not recommend this place at all they always have a different excuses about the item they supposed got fixed but they didn’t do it good once again I do not...
