Worst, weirdest massage experience I’ve had. I immediately felt uncomfortable when the man up front thought it was okay to tell me I’m “really pretty.” A compliment is one thing, but the delivery was really unsettling.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the woman was inappropriate in the way she was touching. I’ve had a lot of massages, but I don’t know. This was not the norm. I felt so uncomfortable and kept squirming away. Then she kept walking in and out of the room, just leaving me lying there basically naked except for the sheet on me. I felt so vulnerable.

I asked for hot stones and she brought them out and burned my back. She was even panting because they were so hot she couldn’t hold them. I had to ask her to stop because it was far too hot. My back is literally burnt.

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I’ve been so stressed and painful and really needed a good massage today, but I’m more tense than I was when I went in. I don't understand where some of these other reviews are coming from. Called for a walk-in for myself and bro-in-law and the lady on the phone happily answered and welcomed us as walk-ins. We both got the 1-hr massage and I asked for a hard massage. Her skilled elbows were really getting in there! Unfortunately, she didn't want to do the stepping ashiatsu massage on first-time clients, but the massage oil, hot towels, and extremity stretching was great! It's really too bad. I have seen this problem in other reviews here as well... The massage was actually amazing. Amy has very strong hands and was amazing on the hips. Highly recommend her. I paid $90 for a massage and then tipped $20 (which is a 22% tip) She demanded $30. I looked at her and told her it was more than a 20% tip. She said "this is not like a restaurant" I said, "that's more than 20%" and I walked out.
