This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I ever been to. My husband ordered the new sandwich which they made fresh No complaints about that However, my husband order me two orders of tacos, a chicken sandwich, and fries, which one they forgot the fries my husband had to go back. They did not give my husband french fries we do not live far from this location. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was been sitting sitting there it was so stale. The fries were not warm at all, and most of them were hard. So I call to make a complaint about my food I talked to a girl I believe her name was Piper. She was very nice. She told me to keep my receipt and that they will be able to refund me or give me fresh food the following day, so my husband goes the following day, he talks to a manager named Omar. Omar was very rude to my husband. He said he couldn’t refund nor give us fresh food without us returning the food. Had we have known that, we would’ve took the food back the same night but since Piper was not a manager, she was “acting person in charge”, she instructed us to throw the food away and take the receipt the following day. Omar also insisted that they never give food that’s not fresh and he said that “we did not eat it fast enough”. I called Omar to ask why he couldn’t give my husband a refund and he proceeded to tell me the same thing he told my husband. I told him that it was not our fault there was no active manager to properly tell us what to do about the situation, he said that it’s their “apologies from the company” and he still proceeded to back up his claim raising his voice at me because he was getting frustrated, that we didn’t eat our food on time and they don’t give out food not fresh which I do not agree with. I for 1 do not live far and 2 I’m a regular customer so therefore I know what Jack-in-the-Box food taste like fresh. I really did not appreciate the way this incident was handled. I will be taking this up to corporate because they wasted my time and my money. Omar was one of the most rudest and disrespectful fast food employee I have ever spoke with. Twice in a month my order was wrong and had to go back, just to have a bunch of people who should be working standing around looking at me dumb. my fries were cold and hard , my burger looked like a 2-year-old made it for me very sloppy,full of extra mayo, and not worth the money. Then you got some Mexican lady who works there. I don't know if she's a manager, but she kept taking food and things to her car. One time it was a Jeep with tinted windows and she would go to that jeep 3 times while I was there eating looking very suspicious. Other time it looked like it was a Toyota Prius, reddish maroon color, looks like she was up to no good going back and forth very secretive. when I asked her I needed help about my order and I had my food and receipt she told me to wait and she was in her car for like 10 minutes and the other worker was some guy in the back talking on his phone laughing completely ignoring me. Read moreHello, this Jack in the Box location (Store #3516) had the worst service I’ve seen from any Jack in the Box manager, (Monday Jan 1, around 10am manager with glasses, he called himself “Omar”). It was a very disappointing experience at a fast food restaurant I frequent often. I have never had an experience so bad from a Jack in the Box, first all the breakfast sandwiches came out cold.
Eggs were cold, cheese not melted, sausage undone, bread dry and cold and we were willing to wait to get hot sandwiches but the manager was extremely rude. He argued about everything saying that Jack in the Box just has cold food. He REFUSED to fix anything at all and he refused to allow us to purchase something else too and he kicked out my whole family by telling us to leave.
