There was a huge line. I finally got to the register and placed my order. The unfriendly (unusual for a Starbucks employee) cashier Michael says his espresso machine broke and can't make my order. I settle for something else and suggested they post a sign and had I known I would have gone to another Starbucks in the are. Michael ignored me and walked away from the register. This location is inside an Alberstons, therefore it is not a company operated store. Fernando is my favorite barista there. He may not be the quickest, but he will surely do his best to help you and be friendly. Sean is currently the department manager. He may do his job effectively, but he has never made an attempt to go even slightly above taking my order and making my drink. Quite a number of the people who work here are like that.
