SCAMMERS…buyer beware! We purchased 59 pulls from Knobs4Less that we have since learned were supplied by Hafele. When we opened the box, we realized the pulls were too brassy and promptly requested a return label. It took 10 days to receive the return label, and of course we had to pay the shipping for the return via UPS ($78). Today, after never receiving any type of confirmation, any communication, and no refund, we called to follow up…this is where it gets really frustrating…we were told “the pulls were returned damaged and/or not in the original package” so there would be no refund. What?!?! I can assure everyone who reads this they were not damaged, we only took one out of the box and we never even opened the bags of screws they sent! We had to complain to “Knobs4Less” and stated that we had returned the items several weeks ago and that Hafele had received the items and never communicated anything back to us…and that Hafele still had the pulls! Not only had they gotten the pulls back, had them for weeks and never communicated anything to us, they then never refunded our money! Today we received a shipment confirmation for the pulls they were now returning to us. Their claim the pulls are damaged is 100% false, their claim they were ever in packaging (aside of a plain box) is also 100% false, they weren’t packaged in anything (other than the screws in bags and we never opened those) they arrived in a box and were sent back in a box, granted it was not the “original” plain brown box but it was another plain brown box. We paid for the shipping return (which I think is a whole other red flag) via UPS. There’s nothing, absolutely nothing, wrong with these pulls. This is simply a shady company that has very questionable business practices and people should be very wary when dealing with them. We will be filing a protest with AMEX, backed up by all of the documentation we have, and we will also file with the NC Department of Consumer Affairs for unethical business practices, along with the BBB. I don’t care if it costs me tens times as much to pursue this refund through the legal process than the original cost of the pulls, I will not tolerate a liar, and that what this company does….they lie. As a result of their lies, we will also file a claim in the Magistrate’s Court against them seeking a refund on the pulls, our shipping costs, or attorneys fees, and any standard additional expenses we may incur to drive to NC from SC to pursue this matter to a full legal resolution along with an apology for lying! So, as I mentioned to open this “review” BUYER BEWARE! They scam people, they practice shady and unethical business and return practices, and do not conduct business in an ethical manner. Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Ordered part for a new kitchen - the box arrived and looked like it had been opened. Apparently it had and was the wrong part. After telling us that they didn't make mistakes (laughable) we sent the wrong part back and they acknowledged the error. Instead of making it right by sending the right part, they neglected to do so (even though they had our money). When we followed up on the part, they tried to charge us over $70 to overnight it due to their error. After much arguing, they agreed to waive the fee. But wait, there's more.. They never actually sent the part overnight - so currently, we still have paid over $450 to Hafele but have no part to show for it. Learn from our mistake.. Order from...
