Let me just start off by saying I love Dairio! My daughter loves it, as well as the rest of my family, and we were so thrilled to finally get one! Beautiful building and great location!
Now, my daughter and I have probably been to Dairio quite a few times and it’s usually quick and fresh but MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG! My hotdogs are alwaaayyysss messed up to where I have to ask them to bag them separate so I can do a speedy check in the line, and I’m always told to pull forward and I’m sitting there longer to fix my order. I swear I’m not exaggerating, I work in the service industry as well, when I say every trip I expect something to be messed up. I wasn’t going to leave a review like this until, last nights adventure to the good ol’ Dairio. It was around 10:15 and we went on an ice cream run. My mother is lactose sensitive unfortunately, but she loves the brownie without ice cream which I asked for and was asked not once, not twice, but three times sarcastically by my cashier. I pull to the window, I was supposed to have three shakes and the brownie no ice cream, and Im handed a bag and two shakes. SURPRISE! They didn’t ring me up for the correct number of milkshakes. So I get charged wait for the shake to be made and go on my way. Why didn’t I check the bag?! They still put ice cream in my moms brownie sundae after I had just explained at the first window about my moms condition, please don’t put ice cream in it! I couldn’t freaking believe my eyes honestly when I lifted it out of the bag! What in the heck is going on at this location?!!! If this is what gen z is about, careless young employees, you’ve got to do a mass rehire! This cannot continue and is...
Read moreFirst time ever eating here. Folks are nice. They have folks waiting to take your order in the driveway, like chicfila. When you have never been here, that is problematic. We went to the menu but, folks kept coming in front of the menu board. I found that annoying. The menu prices don’t seem to match the actual prices as my husband’s $8 something combo and my $11 combo cost $23. My husband got a regular burger and it was extremely well seasoned. Very good burger! I got the chicken pita and it was not seasoned at all, very bland. The cheese was not evenly dispersed over the whole pita, it was in a glob. It was also ridiculously difficult to try to eat. It was not wrapped like a traditional pita. The fries were over seasoned and salty, some almost inedible. I put the salty fries on the bland pita and it did taste just right. We were disappointed in the tiny drink cups with our combos, perhaps a bit larger than the kids cup, not a normal 20oz. Overall, this place was very expensive for what it is. For perspective, we could have gone to Texas and had the 2 for $24(appetizer, sirloin steak, baked potato, and salad)with water. I would not go back due to...
Read moreI am editing my first review. Yes, the hot food is hot. It is still what it is overpriced kid food. However, stay far away from the ice cream. There is a frozen chemical flavor to it. I'm not sure if it is the overzealous cleaning, with the spray cleaner or the ice cream itself, but yuck. It not only leaves a bad taste in your mouth, but there are no apologies or offers of refunds for your 10 dollars for 4 scopes of ice cream either. Just a manager that takes a bite out of the freezer and tells ya the flavor and walks off with your ice cream making you, the customer feel the fool for letting them know hey something ain't right.
Tables had ketsup on them and trash on the floor. Looked at 4 tables and took the best that was open for use. The seat was sticky in places.
Up side, they do have a 99.00 inspection grade, but just need to not feed the cleaning agents to their customers. Oh, and better managerial skills with the public. I work with the public on the daily basis. I would have been excused or demoted from my position for that kind of disrespect to...
