Looks like I will join the Amen corner on this business. Much to my chagrin, 2 days before archery season, I realized that I did not have necessary arrow bolts & tips & had broken my pull cord.

In a near panic, I looked all over where I could get expert advice and critical crossbow supplies, all at the same time. I read about Jason in Trinity and thought to myself, it would sure be better than going to a far city & dealing with someone unknown from a big box outdoor store. I am really glad I did.

Every part of the experience was part of an informative and helpful solution. In front of my eyes we weighed and evaluated technical details of what I needed. And practicing active, careful listening skills Jason guided me to make an informed ammunition switch & we changed both parts. I left confident that same day. And practice confirmed that I had been well directed.

Came here after being unsatisfied with the setup after purchasing a bow at another shop. Called before to ensure they worked on Hoyt bows. Excellent customer service found multiple issues gave me some pointers. Recommended a couple upgrades and explained why he recommended them. Setup the drop away rest, paper tuned the bow, and then sighted it back in. With a packed house he still remains focused on getting your setup dialed in. Being brand new to using a bow I broke my bow that I bought at the Dixie Deer Classic, however I got in contact with the store that sold it to me and they dragged their feet (Their review is next). Fuel Outdoor Gear let me drop off my bow and they got the parts for me even during the virus ordeal and got my bow up and work and he took the time to teach me how to properly run it, Jason really knows his stuff and is a great teacher and doesn't come off condescending like many other store.
