6:35 pm walk in. 4 cars in the line. One guy in front of me had placed his order but I notice he is sitting waiting. I think I should probably leave. I stand at the counter but everyone is in the back. They are talking, socializing. Seem like a great group of friends. I wait. After 2 or 3 mins... I hear Oh! A very nice lady comes up and asks if I Colton? Apparently someone placed a order online. I said no. I order a nacho bellgrande combo. (One soft taco, one nacho bellgrande, and a drink) She takes my order and the wait begins. I say nothing but notice the man sitting is fuming. He is watching the employees and seems frustrated. I think I should probably just leave. I should've. Ten minutes later one drive thru car leaves. Then another. Then a drive thur customer walks in wanting her order. I'm just soaking it all in. On one hand I feel bad for the employees on the other I'm like what is taking so long. 3 orders go out the door as I stand there making eye contact with the other customers watching their facial expressions. A las!!! 22 mins later my food arrives. As I leave i drive away. The taco is soggy dripping with grease. The nachos have been much better in the past. I can't help but think that was a waste of $10 bucks. I think I will skip Taco Bell from now on. I could have literally cooked a meal at home. Again, not blaming anyone. But I'm sure even the employees would have been disappointed if they had been the customer. I will say they were nice and polite. I only over heard the f-word get dropped once during my visit. So yea! I guess this is fast...
Read moreThe workers here are rude. There is always one ratchet lady in particular that you may find at night that is always rude. You can hear her scoffing in the speak box when you order anything more than one crunchy taco like an animal in a documentary. She even said “oh my god.” Woman… god doesn’t want you, believe that.
Also… orders are almost always wrong, wrong sizes, wrong drinks, if they’re mad you can tell as they skimp out on toppings (I got FIVE potatoes in my potato only crunchwrap. Didn’t know I was paying for air!!!)
Impatience while you are being paid to stand there is absolutely unacceptable. No name tags are worn either, no receipts are handed out (as they KNOW it’s wrong what they’re giving us) and no refunds given.
Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it is an understaffing issue, A bad supervisor, but the staff here are genuinely heinous and give side eyes to my children— maybe if you find this job so upsetting, if you treat your job badly enough to the point you don’t care about being fired, Go ahead and find a new job. No one is stopping you.
