Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Archdale

I ordered delivery via the Pizza Hut app. This store was assigned to handle the delivery. 20 minutes after the forecasted delivery time I received a voicemail from the “manager” saying I was out of their delivery range (should have been an immediate call at the time the order was placed) and to call them back to either cancel or change to carry out. I called this store and was connected with one person with a not so great attitude who was unable to assist with this issue then another person who was supposedly the “manager”. The “‘manager” gave up because they were unable to assist and put me on hold. I waited, hung up, called back multiple times and finally got through. The final person to take my call was also unable to assist with this issue.

I initially ordered around 4:35-4:40 with a 5:15 estimated delivery time. It’s now 6:30 and I’ve not been able to get in touch with someone who can assist with my issue nor do I have pizza.

Baffled it’s this hard to get a pizza delivered...

I made a bad review awhile back because I was upset with the customer service about an incident that happened around shift change on a delivery. I honestly don’t usually do reviews unless it’s horrible or great. My main problem was because they were under staffed so it sent me to a call center that hung up on me so I had to drive to the location. After that that have done more than necessary to make things right. The manager is an absolute professional and does her best to run the business that way and after many returns I can only say I’ve had one bad stop here and it was a fluke. Update on original review. Since I ordered the first and and wasn't completely satisfied I personally got a call from the manager and was given a credit for another pizza. Pizza was good and made just the way I wanted it. I appreciate the concern and customer service from management. Will go back again

Ordered a pizza online with extra sauce. I brought the pizza home and it barely had any sauce on it at all. It was very dry. Not the biggest of deals but could be better.
