I usually dont leave reviews, it’s been a whole year since I’ve placed an order on a necklace. Had not received any updates from her, four months later I messaged her and asked for a refund no response instead she posted a live video about how people need to give her grace and can’t ask for a refund a week after ordering something( again it had been 4 months). I messaged her off of that live and told her I wasn’t trying to not be understanding but it had been way more than a week for me it has been four months. She told me the necklace would coming and would have to get back with me on a timeframe. I had not heard from her and I messaged asking for a time frame again no response. It has now been a whole year, no necklace still has my money, for some reason I am no longer able to message her and I have tried to send refund request and they will no longer go through. I understand being a business owner can be hard but would make yours succeed is owning up if there’s been an issue either giving your customer the money back or giving them store credit for the same amount. If that happened I would still shop here and spend money on your business so you could grow but I can’t do that because I can’t trust you wont just take the money and not give me anything, you can’t just keep people’s money. You took my money and nothing in return, so if you’re looking for a refund and you’ve said it’s been a few months I’ve been waiting a year so doubt you’ll see it …. My first issue wasn’t a huge deal, but I should have stopped there. I ordered 3 shirts for autism, 3 different designs. I received 3 of the same design. Not a huge deal, but definitely not worth the $60 I paid. I let it go since it was a fundraiser.
Then, I made the mistake in May of paying for a shirt to be made via Venmo. Never heard anything about it being ready. I fell for adding another shirt to my order during a flash sale in June. By mid-August I still didn’t hear back about either shirt. I sent messages and commented on her posts and got no response. Finally I Venmo requested my money back and received it. I waited until I got my money back to post this review.
I want to support a small business owner but she has herself spread way too thin and needs to chill with offering new shirts every five minutes and fulfill the orders she has. I usually give grace because I understand being a business owner is hard, But when you are constantly ignoring customers after you got a “new” phone. I have no respect for that. Madison called herself opening up a “adult side “ of the store. I ordered 4 items from her and only 2 came after it took 2-3 months at least to receive the WRONG items. I ordered two pair of panties and she only sent me one, so where is my other pair?! I ordered an item and we chose a color and I guess she just picked which ever color which is ridiculous! Why ask which color we want??? & last but not least & I had to request a full refund for the item she didn’t bother to put in my package that took forever, she finally sent me a refund on 4/18.
