Swig — Local services in Argyle

Love the drinks, hate the drive though setup. I’ve been honked at, cussed at and yelled at in the drive-thru! It’s confusing and people get so angry if you don’t get in the “correct” lane, which ever that might be. If I know what I want to order, why would I sit in a line to look at the menu instead of just driving around to the person standing outside taking orders or even just ordering at the window. BAD setup! Make it easier, and I’ll be back. Update: The confusing line still hasn’t gotten better. People aren’t courteous, everyone wants to get ahead of everyone else and it’s amazing how angry people get waiting for their drinks! It’s just kinda not worth getting...

I had such a great experience thanks to the young man who took my drink order today! He was wearing a red shirt, and right away his energy stood out. He was super informal in the best way-easy to talk to, laid-back, and made the whole interaction feel fun and genuine. At the same time, he was thoughtful and really paid attention to what I wanted, which made me feel taken care of. Don’t get me wrong, I love Swig more than anything and the people who work here are fairly nice. But…9/10 times when I come here my drink doesn’t have any creamer or flavor in it. I order a Texas Tab, which is Dr.Pepper, Coconut Cream, and Vanilla. So why is all I taste Dr.Pepper? I know how it should taste since I have been going to Swig for two years, once a week.
