Read moreI went to this place on Saturday, Nov 30th to watch the band play. We had made reservations a couple weeks in advance so we would have a table close to the band. Our reservations were for 8:30pm. We showed up at 8:15pm and said we had reservations and gave the waitress the name the reservation was under. She looked at the book on the hostess table and looked confused and then said âgive me 20 seconds and Iâll have yâall a table.â She comes back a little frantic. Long story short, they gave away our table even though we were there 15 mins before our reservation. We asked if we should have come earlier and she replied back âyes you should have.â So no point in making a reservation because they will just give your table away before your reservation time. The waitress did try to make an accommodation by sitting us in the entry way of a door and the person sitting closest to the entry way was hit by every person walking through. The waitress that was assigned to our accommodated section finally came to our table and instead of asking what we would like she said âare yâall just hanging out or are yâall having a drink?â I guess no one told her that our table was given away and we just looked like we were âhanging outâ in the entry door way. I did order one draft beer which was $5 dollars and I had to catch a waitressâs attention because they never came back to our table after they brought us water, I guess because we were just âhanging outâ in an entry door way. Lastly, it was around 11:05pm and I went to the restroom which is at the back and around a corner. When I turned the corner I found almost the entire wait staff sitting at two tables on their phones and some were messing with receipts all while there were still customers in the front. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this place based on the customer service...
Read moreI heard such great things about this restaurant. Our family went to celebrate Mothers day. We sent up reservations which they were packed which is understandable. While setting up reservations it was not told to me that it was a buffet and that it was $60.00 a person. Once we were sat at 10:00 AM (the first tables in the restaurant), still no mention of pricing of the buffet, we went up to the buffet which all of the hot servings (Pancakes, waffles, eggs) were all in one corner and impossible to get around and through folks. It was poorly laid out and the congestion was horrible. We ordered a mimosa tower for the table and it was leaking at the stem and inform the waitress that we are watching the level of the tower go down as it leaks and runs off the table. She replaces it but approximately 1/3 of the mimosas had already leaked out and no offer to fill the tower. I have been to many Sunday brunches and given the popularity of this restaurant I was excited to go there. Simply put is was overpriced, the food was a buffet which is never as good as table service and an overall disappointment for the entire table. We watched other tables when they received their checks as well and they were shocked. Most people stay silent but folks need to know that this was simply wrong and the owners need to know this and apologize to everyone that celebrated a special...
