I am writing to express my utmost delight and gratitude for the extraordinary culinary experience I recently had at your esteemed establishment. I had heard great things about Bartonville Store, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the impact of your social media presence. The captivating posts and mouthwatering images shared on various platforms, masterfully curated by Chef Michael Scott, were instrumental in stimulating my interest and ultimately persuading me to embark on a culinary adventure from Rockwall to Flower Mound. His ability to capture the essence of your culinary creations through captivating visuals truly showcases his talent and adds an extra layer of anticipation for the dining experience. From the moment I stepped foot into your store, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The decor exuded a rustic charm, creating an atmosphere that was both cozy and elegant. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience was truly commendable. Now, let's talk about the food! Every dish I sampled, skillfully crafted by Chef Michael Scott and his team, was a masterpiece of flavors and textures, meticulously plated to tantalize the taste buds. The menu offered an exquisite range of options, showcasing Chef Scott's culinary expertise and his ability to elevate even the simplest ingredients to new heights of gastronomic delight. One dish that particularly stood out was the Smoked Wagyu Short Ribs, which was an absolute revelation. Chef Scott's artistry was evident in the presentation, a perfect balance of visual appeal and culinary excellence. The flavors were harmonious, each element working in tandem to create a symphony of taste. Every bite was a revelation, and I savored each morsel with sheer delight. The service at Bartonville Store was exemplary, to say the least. The staff members, under Chef Scott's guidance, were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. They were more than happy to guide me through the menu, offering insightful suggestions and recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. Chef Scott's passion for his craft was evident in the attention to detail and the dedication to creating memorable moments for each guest. In addition to the fantastic food and impeccable service, I must commend you on your commitment to using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. It is evident that Chef Scott and the entire team prioritize freshness and sustainability, which not only contributes to the incredible flavors but also supports the local community. This ethos shines through in every dish and adds an extra layer of appreciation to the culinary journey. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the impressive wine selection at Bartonville Store, curated by Chef Michael Scott with the same level of care and expertise. The thoughtfully chosen wines complemented the flavors of the dishes, showcasing Chef Scott's depth of knowledge and ability to create a harmonious dining experience. Overall, my visit to Bartonville Store was a culinary journey I will cherish for a long time. It is a testament to the passion, talent, and vision of Chef Michael Scott and your entire team. From the delectable food to the charming ambiance and impeccable service, everything was beyond compare. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to Chef Michael Scott and everyone involved in creating such a memorable dining experience. The social media posts, guided by Chef Scott's artistic eye, played a significant role in stimulating my trip from Rockwall to Flower Mound, and I am grateful to have discovered such a hidden gem. I eagerly look forward to my next visit, eagerly anticipating the culinary delights that Chef Scott and your team will offer. Thank you once again for an extraordinary dining experience!

The brisket nachos will keep me coming back for sure! Done just right, with a healthy serving of smoky brisket, topped with guacamole, sour cream, and sweetened jalapenos. Big enough to serve 4 people. My lovely wife opted for the ahi tuna poke salad, which she rated very highly as well. Tuna was very fresh and plentiful. I ordered the Wagyu burger medium rare, which unfortunately was cooked well to well done. Otherwise I would have leaned towards a 5 star rating. As the previous reviewer noted, they just opened a few days ago, and we arrived just as they were getting the lunch rush. So I'm confident they'll get the kinks ironed out soon enough. I'm looking forward to giving their butchered meats a try. The closest butcher to me with top quality (Wagyu, Kobe) meats has been an hour drive away, but Jeter's is only a 15 minute drive. Got to meet the (I believe) proprietor, Michael - who was super friendly and made sure we also tried his special garlic pickles. Delish! Bring an appetite!

I went to this place on Saturday, Nov 30th to watch the band play. We had made reservations a couple weeks in advance so we would have a table close to the band. Our reservations were for 8:30pm. We showed up at 8:15pm and said we had reservations and gave the waitress the name the reservation was under. She looked at the book on the hostess table and looked confused and then said “give me 20 seconds and I’ll have y’all a table.” She comes back a little frantic. Long story short, they gave away our table even though we were there 15 mins before our reservation. We asked if we should have come earlier and she replied back “yes you should have.” So no point in making a reservation because they will just give your table away before your reservation time. The waitress did try to make an accommodation by sitting us in the entry way of a door and the person sitting closest to the entry way was hit by every person walking through. The waitress that was assigned to our accommodated section finally came to our table and instead of asking what we would like she said “are y’all just hanging out or are y’all having a drink?” I guess no one told her that our table was given away and we just looked like we were ‘hanging out’ in the entry door way. I did order one draft beer which was $5 dollars and I had to catch a waitress’s attention because they never came back to our table after they brought us water, I guess because we were just ‘hanging out’ in an entry door way. Lastly, it was around 11:05pm and I went to the restroom which is at the back and around a corner. When I turned the corner I found almost the entire wait staff sitting at two tables on their phones and some were messing with receipts all while there were still customers in the front. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this place based on the customer service...

I heard such great things about this restaurant. Our family went to celebrate Mothers day. We sent up reservations which they were packed which is understandable. While setting up reservations it was not told to me that it was a buffet and that it was $60.00 a person. Once we were sat at 10:00 AM (the first tables in the restaurant), still no mention of pricing of the buffet, we went up to the buffet which all of the hot servings (Pancakes, waffles, eggs) were all in one corner and impossible to get around and through folks. It was poorly laid out and the congestion was horrible. We ordered a mimosa tower for the table and it was leaking at the stem and inform the waitress that we are watching the level of the tower go down as it leaks and runs off the table. She replaces it but approximately 1/3 of the mimosas had already leaked out and no offer to fill the tower. I have been to many Sunday brunches and given the popularity of this restaurant I was excited to go there. Simply put is was overpriced, the food was a buffet which is never as good as table service and an overall disappointment for the entire table. We watched other tables when they received their checks as well and they were shocked. Most people stay silent but folks need to know that this was simply wrong and the owners need to know this and apologize to everyone that celebrated a special...
