Arlington Liquors — Local services in Arlington

Arlington Liquors is my go to store for spirits. They do not carry a large selection of beers, but they carry many different brands and flavors of small batch spirits. This is a perfect spot for the lady or gentleman who wants to try something other than the big name national brands. A couple things make this a 5-star review. First is that they frequently have outside vendors doing in-store tastings. This is a great attraction for me because I appreciate trying new things but don't want to buy whole bottles and risk disappointment. And finally, AL recently took a special order for a limited edition spirit, brought in a whole case (to sell me 1 bottle) and then followed up with a phone call when it arrived. Very expensive but certainly pay for convenience. Too many times I've needed help taking items I bought to my car but no one does it or even so much as offers when clearly I'm struggling. Extremely different than the service/price at the Bartlett Wine & Spirits. Honestly would be better to drive into Bartlett. Should not even give 1 star. I’ve heard the Vescovo’s are so rude and it’s evident by the turn over you see in the liquor store. They are greedy Italian‘s evidently as well. Robbing the Arlington community right and left. Manager refused to sell to me. He claimed my ID was fake because it says "not for real ID purposes." He wouldn't even scan it and based if it was real or not on if I immediately knew the address on the card, which was a former address.
