Knot Just Flowers Arlington — Local services in Arlington

I came into Knot Just Flowers for an appointment to discuss wedding arrangements with my family yesterday. Rachel, the owner, was very professional and asked detailed questions I didn't even think of as a new bride! She was able to answer all and any of my questions and concerns, as well as work with my family members to make sure everyone was seated and comfortable (including 3 small children).

Just a heads up, cell phone service the area is pretty shotty, so I recommend screenshotting or downloading your inspiration pics first before you go. You'll end up sending them to her anyways for a final online portfolio they put together for you, which I really like, since ALL details are in one place.

Their shop itself is a little small, but full of cute knick knacks, flower arrangements, and gifts. I highly recommend this place for all your floral arrangement needs! Pics to come in...

For my wife's birthday, I went in and showed them an example of what I wanted, from 1-800-flowers, and she said they would put something comparable & nice together. It wasn't comparable or nice. For what I payed, I expected more than FOUR roses and some wilted others. I read where they have a guarantee to replace unsatisfactory orders, but how can replacement flowers be a surprise? Im very dissatisfied and this is 'Knot' what I payed for or expected and I will 'Knot' use their services again. I understand that one order is no big deal when your business does weddings, funerals, and other big events....but at least make an effort when you do individual orders. Money isn't free and mine was wasted on a small bouquet with a pitiful little vase....that...

I accidentally placed an order with Arlington Florist (TN) (meant to place an order in Arlington, VA) ... I spoke with Judith who could not have been more gracious and kind. Judith generously offered to find a florist in Arlington, VA and went so far as to handle transferring the order to that florist. She made sure I had the same bouquet delivered to my daughter same day! I will definitely order with Judith again, she was beyond gracious...
