I "attempted" to make a purchase well over $1300.00 for a feel free kayak that these guys are local dealers for. Left my name and number Friday afternoon 08/25/17 for one to be ordered was told I should expect a call Monday by Robert to confirm. Tuesday rolls around no call. I called Wednesday spoke with Robert and was told he was planning on adding it to the existing order he was making to avoid separate freight charges. The time I was given was 2 weeks which is plenty of time for a shipment that was coming from N.C . Low and behold Robert withheld his intentions of this order which he led me to believe it was a regular fall shipment. My kayak order was being put to the side awaiting a new lure 2 to launch 11/01/17 granite the dealer gets theses a month prior I would have waited nearly 1 1/2months to receive an item that would have had taken 6 business days to get here. I called about this a total of 6 times never received one phone call from Robert. I drove to Conway, Arkansas (3hrs away) to make my purchase at H24 Outdoors and ended up buying more items I saw and I liked spending almost 2k with James at his store there . Sy Wilson company has permanently lost my business and my family's. I'm a firm believer in putting back into my community but Robert lost that with me by not being up front and honest with me with this kayak purchase I attempted to make. Good luck if you...

I absolutely used to love this store. When I walked into the store with my 7 year old I was greeted by a young blond woman. She questioned why I was there. I told her to shop and that I didn’t need help. She continues to ask me why I’m there. Again I said thanks but I don’t need your help. So then tells me we close in a few min and that I needed to leave. I planned on spending hundreds in the store but after the way she treated my son and I, I will never spend a dime at this store. I recommend you not spend your money where your not wanted. My son was so upset because he looked forward to spending his money at S Y Wilson. Thumbs down to the way you treated us. We were here 10 years ago when it was an antique store. We were in town again and wanted to stop in again. Wow, this area has changed! New subdivisions everywhere! The entire dynamic of the area is different. We even asked the young lady working there if we were actin the same place. She was extremely pleasant and gave a detailed and interesting history the place! It was great to here the story. We were disappointed that the antique store was gone, but enjoyed the new place and made several purchases. And the friendly dog greeted us...
