AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Arlington

The worst autoparts store I have ever been to. There is a young parts kid, I think he may even be a manager, that spends all of his time trying to look like he is so cool at his job, while he constantly tells you how much better he is than everyone else that works there and how that location could never survive without him. Meanwhile he is not listening to a dang word you are saying which always results is misordered quanity of parts or the wrong parts all together. Lets not forget to mention the fact that none of the employees communicate with one another resulting in no one knowing nothing about anything if one of the parts people have gone home for the day. There are 1 or 2 good people here, but for the most part, everyone else needs to be working at a fast food joint instead. This ain't my first negative posting for AutoZone, but folks you really need to go to O'Reilly when in Arlington. I will get an AI generated response that says to call me and discuss this negative review, but look at these pictures. Needed to get an air filter for my daughter in law truck. I brought the old one to match up so we could be SURE it was a match. The young fellow on the computer told me that of it says it will fit in the computer it WILL fit your truck. Ok, I said.
