The Asian stylists , I think her name is Young..basically shaved my 14 years old Son hair yesterday. He walked out crying hard and didnât want to go school .. Can you imagine terrible it was seeing your child child crying because of his hair was shaved in right in front of him? She asked my do you want #4 based on the last time and I said ok thinking she would start cutting from the back up, not cutting it flat short. But NO, without asking which style how it should be cut, she started right in the front and went back down. My boyâs style is long on the top but with how she started we had no option but to finish his front with #4. She didnât even say sorry or anything but to blamed me back that â I asked you about #4 and you were okâ I DID NOT say #4 and cut his hair all flat from the top with that length. His front top was ALWAYS long. My child cried walking out the store which was never happened before because he never had his hair like that. Spring break is over tomorrow and he is feeling ashamed to have that shaved off style to go to school. I see there is another negative post about this lady saying she wants to do what ever she wants. Thatâs what happened to my Son too. Avoid this person especially when you bring your kids. It was heartbreaking seeing you child sobbing after a haircut.

   Read moreI am not sure which Tom Thumbs you are referring to; Collins or Park Row?. Both are clean with nice people who work there. Collins store has a nice new Starbucks bar. Park Row has a better floral collection, and their hot food staff are nicer and friendly. Their meats are prepared very well! I believe the deli closes later than Collins. Collins always has a bigger variety of holiday items on display. The store is well lit up with treats for this time of the year. However, the store on Collins is always crowded. The culture has changed since 2020. Frankly, I prefer the atmosphere before 2020 than current. Tom Thumbs, I have always viewed it as somewhat of an upper echelon grocery store of the community. It was 8am and we were like 4 people at the self check out I have no idea how she could have missed the fact the machine was going off.
