World Market — Local services in Arlington

Always a good selection of self care, decor, drinks, & snacks. I go here often for gifts or just to browse, but there is always something I find to take home. I enjoy the section that has all the minis, gives you an opportunity to buy something you may want to try but don't necessarily need a large quantity or portion of. Pistachio biscotti, yummy!

I do feel like staff on the sales floor are hit & miss, often we pass by them but we don't really get much of an acknowledgement. None most of the times. The staff at checkout are friendly for the most part.

Omg never knew World Market exist until I heard about the Golden Egg. Went today Brandy gave us everything we needed to know and also was very informative. I won a egg was super excited and she gave me all the details to get a easy smooth transaction and also walk me through creating a account and receiving today's freebie if it wasn't for Brandy I would had miss that opportunity. She gave me great product recommendations and told me about the sample tea in the front which was very refreshing. I would give 0 stars if I could. DISGUSTING behavior of the employees - was waiting in line behind 5 people for over 10 minutes. There was only 1 cashier who was an older lady struggling to check people out. After looking for an employee I found one who was extremely rude with poor manners. After asking the employee to open another register she responded "No one asked me for help" as if she needed to be told to do her Job. Customers should not be talked to in any way by a employee! Aside from that she scanned items that were not mine and starting arguing. This type of behavior is really unacceptable anywhere you go. I will be sending a email...
