Terrible shopping experience. Here is my horrible journey after ordering from this online store. They have no clue on customer service.
I ordered some closed at the end of April 2020. My package somehow was going to be delivered one day, say Monday. Comes Monday and saw a notification on the UPS site stating that "my delivered has been delayed and it will be delivered the following day". See screenshot attached. Comes Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. A new notification appears that reads "there has been a problem with your package (damage), we are notifying the sender". After three weeks no update on either part (THE LOFT nor UPS), so I decided to send an email to THE LOFT. Got an automated message (see screenshot attached). Waited for a week, but so far no response on my email. Sent a follow up email. Again the only response I have gotten is the automated email. Decided to call. Crickets. When I enter my phone number or my order # it says they can't find the information/order and to text or send an email. Seriously? Decided to go to the CHAT window at LOFT.com. I have been sitting here for over 40 minutes... every time my waiting time gets closer to 0-5 minutes, it restarts the counting and reminds me that I'm the 80 person on the queue. Now, I am at 34 after starting to writing this review. It's June. Of course, if you are not going to ship my merchandise, at least have the decency of reimbursing me my money.

Read moreCustomer service this time was pretty lackluster. I shop at Loft often for work and church. The clothes always last, fit well, and there is always lots of choices from which to choose. Today I am leaving 3 stars because of the customer service I was provided, or lack thereof. No one ever asked me if I needed help, what I was shopping for, or etc. There was absolutely no assistance provided. At one point I went to the counter to ask if I could leave the blouse I wanted to purchase at the counter while I continued to shop. When I went to check out they had ignored what I said and simply put it back out with all the other blouses. I told the young lady who greeted me at the door that I was looking for simple slacks for my eighty seven year old mother.
She walked me to the one tiny square of their store, where there might be what I was looking for and then proceeded to point out the leather skinny leggings.
And now i'm done. I repeated, 'SHE'S 87' minimally three times.
Do yourself a gigantic favor and go across to the shopping mall and go straight to Dillard's. They have a very large petite section, staff who actually listen and clothes that work for a number of generations, from juniors...
