This company is GREAT to work with. I cannot say enough great things to say about James K. @ the Arnold, MO location as well as the company as a whole. He's the quarterback of the team & he knows a lot about the product & the process from pre-order all the way through delivery. James made several trips to my home to help with determining a location & type of building to build.

We had a holdup from the local building commission in the issuance of the permit, but once the permit was issued, the job completion only took about 2 weeks. From scheduling the placement of the piers with Taylor, to Jake digging & pouring the piers to Nelson the installer, these folks were really on the ball & were great about communicating the timing of each step. When Nelson was completing the installation, he commented on what a good job was done on the pier job by Jake.

If I could give more than 5 🌟 stars. I'd probably give them at least 100 🌟 🌟 stars🌟 🌟!!!! Even the county building inspector remarked on what a great job was done & how well the building was built. He's wanting one now! Of course I gave him the contact information for James @ the Arnold location. Kudos all around & thanks for a fantastic building...

I would like to start with great job by all. When I started looking for a shed I went to the box stores and found some nice sheds. Then I called the company that made the shed and talked with a sales person, went OK not really impressed. Read some reviews 50/50 good and bad. So I did some research on different sheds built close by and came across Classic. When I called Larry(Arnold MO Store) all i can say is WOW. He walked me through ever step and option. Listened to what I needed and what I was using this for. And all I can say is I was sold. Placed the order with ease,. Got a follow up call from a rep. to confirm ever option that I had picked(color,trim ,roof,shelf, etc.) . When the shed was ready for delivery same excellent customer experience. Shed was delivered with in 5 min. of time of appointment and set up leveled and ramp installed with no problem. Very impressive. I love my shed and have told this story to many people . I run a large Ford sales department in STL and can not stop talking about the wonderful experience and hope we do the same for our customers. We purchased an 8x11 shed to help clear out our disaster of a basement and it turned out perfect. We looked at many other places online and in person. Classic Buildings’ price was a little bit lower but the quality and standard features that are extra everywhere else are what really stood out, and the warranty is outstanding. The service was impeccable from everyone there and whenever I had questions there was a quick answer. Things don’t get “lost in the shuffle” like they so often do with some other companies. They seem to genuinely care about what they do and how the customer feels. And the building is flawless! I can’t find a single detail that isn’t perfect! The delivery guy even brought cookies! The basement used to be a constant frustration of arranging and organizing trying to make everything fit. As I was lugging the last bike out the back door to hang up in the shed I turned around and saw a ROOM where there had once been a pile of stuff!
