Taco Bell — Restaurant in Arnold Township

Would never refer my worst enemy to taco bell in arnold. The manager lisa was the worst manager i have ever seen. Heres how me and the kids convo at the front desk went. Me: hey we ordered 10 or 15 mins ago, im just wondering whats going on. Him: i really dont know, im sure they're making it and i really dont wanna go back there right now. Me:ok can you just check, we came here thinking we had time before our movie and now we are supposed to be there like now. Him:(gos and checks) you're up next Me: alright thankyou. (Goes and sits down) Another 20 mins go by and my friend goes up there shes standing there waiting for someone to even ackknowlege her, one worker is standing there on her phone at the window ignoring her. The kid at front counter is standing there watching lobby ignoring her. She has told this kid she'd like all of our food in a bag cause we have to take it with us. He still didnt go let anyone know, so i walked up and was watching the guy on grill put it al in boxes and so i said excuse me sir, can we please have all of that in a bag we have to be at our movie right now. He then huffs takes it all out, proceeds to tell his coworker it hasnt even been that long then throws the boxes he could have used for someone else because we did not touch it on the ground, then shakes his head. Brought the bags over didnt say a word not a "sorry for the wait" not a "have a nice night" nothing so i stand there for another min. He comes back over says do you need something, so i said yes can i have a managers name. He turns around gets lisa. She looks at me rolls her eyes and huffs, throws her glove down, i didnt even explain nothing i just asked what her name was and am going to leave a bad review for that whole crew on google and to corporate. Literally the most poorly ran fast food restaurant i have ever seen and all i have ever worked in is food. Not to mention i asked for pico de gallo on my nacho fry supreme didnt get that and we go soggy and cold fries. I highly reccommend to not waste your money or time there because none of them care about their customers, all they cared about was...

I’ve been doing Doordash for 3 months now. Sometimes I’ll have to wait a little while for someone’s order, which is expected. What happened tonight was completely unacceptable.

I arrived around 9:20 PM. The employee seemed to be friends with the 2 girls in front of me at the front of the line .The employee offered her friends “Do you want a coffee?? Iced or hot??” "How about a slushie?”

Finally she acknowledged me and i told her i was picking up an order for so-and-so. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes (!), along with 3-4 other unhappy people who had been waiting just as long.

At around 9:50 the manager comes out and lets me know they’re not doing the order. His excuse was they had too many orders to catch up on. (They were NOT that busy at all). So, again, they let me wait for over 30 minutes in the lobby before telling me. Neat! They’ve got time to make free drinks for friends and chat with them but not to actually do the work they’re supposed to do.

I missed out on what would've been a generous tip, my time was completely wasted, and the customer didn't get their food. And BTW, I'm sure they placed the order over an hour before they close.

Id hate to know my restaurant was being ran in such a way. Idk if I've seen such blatant disregard for customers before. They clearly decided they just weren't going to do anymore work way before they were supposed to actually close, and everyone in the lobby waited and waited for nothing but refunds (If they didn't already leave in...

Waited in drive thru 34 mins and I was the 6th or 7th car in line when I pulled up. Last time there was a long line in drive thru. I went in, because I saw no one inside waiting, and thought it would be quicker... NOPE,I waited 45 mins for my food inside. But the drive thru line was gone in minutes then, tonight, I saw 1 person waiting inside and it took them 35 mins for drive thru. Never know if I should go in or wait in drive thru any more. This place needs to get their situation in order... it's a Friday night and they should know their going to be busy. But 7 cars and it took almost 40 mins??? Guy working drive thru window had a white t-shirt on.. and I didn't see any one else inside.he was nice, but not In uniform, and just makes u wonder what were they doing in there??playing around or?? Last time when I went inside, the mgr was VERY rude.. and the man waiting in front of me told me he waited 35 mins his last visit, because they get the drive thru people thru first because it's timed... well tonight your times went DOWN BIG TIME!!
