(This happened on 9/15/25) Ordered a pizza deal (2 large pizzas, breadsticks, and a 2-liter soda) for delivery through the website and received an email confirmation at 7:00 PM. At 7:30 PM, the delivery driver arrived with the pizzas and breadsticks, but the 2-liter soda was missing. I let him know, and he told me he didn’t have it but would "run to the gas station and be right back." I said I’d prefer the item I ordered—not a random soda from the gas station. He then offered me a few dollars from his wallet as compensation. I declined, and he left.
I called the store to report the issue and was placed on hold for five minutes before speaking to a manager. After identifying the driver and vehicle, the manager told me to wait 20 minutes for the soda to be delivered—then hung up before I could say anything else.
At 8:40 PM, the same driver returned and asked, "You had the soda, right? Was it a 2-liter?" I confirmed, but he handed me a 20 oz soda in a bag. When I pointed out the mistake, he stood on my porch complaining about his job, saying, "I think I’m going to go back and quit after all of this," then left without another word.
I called the store again to explain that the issue still wasn’t resolved and asked for a refund. They did process it but hung up on me again.

Read moreMy wife & I walked in with our daughter around 5 pm and waited to be seated as per sign. We weren't greeted until a few minutes later after a group of 10 was seated that walked in behind us. The waitress must have been cleaning the dinning room because we didn't see her, we were greeted by a young man from the kitchen and asked to wait just a minute. ....as he went back into the kitchen. ....we could see 3 employees in the kitchen standing around talking and playing on their phones. Including a Snot Nose alleged manager who walked by doorway of kitchen several times and looked at us but failed to smile or even acknowledge us. We sat ourselves since when we walked in there wasn't a single customer in the place. I guess we ruined play time. We waited 15 min for food. I give this place 2 stars only because food was pretty good and waitress was the only professional in the place. If I hadn't had a 6 mo old gift card for Pizza Hut I would have left.

It was set to arrive at 7:17pm and I ended up waiting until 7:30 to call the store and find out what was going on. Someone that didn’t even work at the store answered my phone call to basically tell me they weren’t at that store and didn’t have a clue lol She ended up telling me that I would just have to call again so I did and someone from the actual store answered this time. They said that they were just now heading out, did I want a free 2 liter for my inconvenience or whatever? So they got me my food and shorted me one wing and they tasted awful. They we’re supposed to be honey barbecue wings but tasted more like honey cardboard wings without the honey. I threw those away after eating one and the best part about the meal ended up being the free 2 liter of root beer. Obviously the employees can’t control certain online mistakes, errors, or the quality of the ingredients used but man anywhere I go to eat in Arnold, MO pretty much disappoints.
