Bojebikes — Local services in Arnolds Park

I had a different experience, unfortunately. But, Sandy from Bojebikes was awesome. I came with a friend, and Sandy met us at the starting place, and showed us how to use the bikes, and gave us a trail map, as well as helmets.

We took off in a nearby neighborhood to practice a bit, as neither of us had ridden in years. Unfortunately, my friend fell off her bike and was injured badly enough that she not only could not continue, but had to be taken to the hospital. No fault of the bikes, no fault of Sandy. We were very close to the starting point when she fell, and after I ascertained that she couldn't get up with just my help, I ran to get Sandy, who came to help. After a few minutes with Sandy and a couple other people who came to help, it was decided an ambulance was necessary.

Sandy was such a big help, and she surprised me while my friend was being attended to by the rescue squad, by coming back and handing us a full cash refund. You can't get a nicer person or better customer service by any business than that. It was greatly appreciated and if I ever get back to Okoboji, I will try...

I cannot say enough great things about our experience renting with Bojebikes! Kim was friendly, communicative, and very helpful.

We were on vacation with my parents, who both brought along their ebikes, and we wanted to spend an afternoon exploring the incredible bike trails in the area. We rented two bikes and a burley trailer so that our 8yo could join the fun too! We rented the bikes for 8 hours for a great price of $85/bike (with an additional $20 for the trailer).

In that time we biked to a local restaurant for lunch and made it all the way around Big Spirit Lake, stopping along the way to explore a couple of beaches and enjoy some ice cream at Spillway Drive-In. We all had a blast and really appreciated the chance to explore the area this way. Working with Kim was a dream and we would absolutely do this again if we are back in Lake...
