To start with I rarely if ever write a review but felt compelled to write this one.... We had a large group of 12 people so expectations of getting right in were very, very low. We arrived at 6:30 and was told approximately we would have a 20 min wait. 1 hr later we were still waiting. Now I know this is out of their control but to repeatedly asking and being told 3-5 more minutes keeps you hooked. Finally they said we could eat outside if we took two different picnic tables that were meant for four people, not 6 per table and they were really meant for young children if I'm being honest. Now the food experience.... chip out $2.50 per basket with no free refills. Some were told there would be no cost for the next one because of the wait. Food was ordered that took a additional 1hr and 30 min to co.e to our tables. Food was cold, Quality was sub par to outright bad and the waiter didn't seem to really care. Now I get it.... it's busy but when you seat your group and bring drinks that were ordered and then disappear for over a hr with no refills or updates it tends to piss people off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!
The chips that were told to be free were billed to us. Not really a big deal but considering the bill came to $300 dollars and it took 2hrs and 30 min and it sucked well worst experience ever!! Sorry but...
Read moreI just got home from this place and I am praying to not spend the entire night on the toilet. The best thing I can say is that I enjoyed the flowers outside. They were nicer to look at than the fly. The server wasn't completely bad, but he started by bringing unsweet tea instead of sweet. That was an early indication of things to come. Our food arrived within 5 minutes of placing our order, which let us know right away that no part of it was made fresh. The rice was clearly from yesterday, if not the day before. The portion were very generous but I'd rather have a smaller portion of food that was cooked today. The carnitas were ok, but also not fresh, and the shredded beef was no different. I am thankful that I only ate a small amount before giving up because eating old food that has just been reheated is a good way to pass parasites to your customers. If it was priced better I would tell myself that the food sucked but at least it was cheap, but I can't even say that because it was incredibly overpriced. Paying 15-18 for food that was cooked yesterday is inexcusable. I chose this place because the parking lot was nearly empty so I thought it would be quiet. Now I know why the parking lot was empty. Would...
Read moreThere are many Mexican meals to order from the menu, with seafood, chicken, beef, and pork. The food, chips and salsa was very tasty, we asked for more chips & salsa when our food arrived and received without a problem! The first time we ate here, I had a steak fajita taco salad with cheese dressing. The meat was not spicy and it was delicious! The next visit, I had a chicken chimichanga with refried beans and rice. I usually do not like refried beans, but Los Pueblos' refried beans tasted great! Servers were friendly and fast. Festive decor with Hispanic music playing, gave it a fun atmosphere for lunchtime in the restaurant. The booths are built for people smaller than 6'1" husky people, but there are tables and chairs to use as well. They serve 4 American dishes - Chicken Strips, Chicken Alfredo, Spaghetti, and I forget the 4th one. They do serve alcohol and Coca-Cola products. We ate at lunchtime both times, when there was plenty of parking. In the summer time, the place is often busy, which is an indicator of great food! I think the prices are reasonable for the food I ordered. Kid-friendly atmosphere...
