Dollar General — Local services in Ash Township

I go to this location at least once a week. I find most employees helpful and courteous especially Bryan i believe his name is. Ashley on the other hand makes me never want to come back. As she slowly gets started and complains to me about how over worked she is I go to put in my number so that I can get my digital coupons, she always pushes a button on her register key board to block me from continuing plugging in my number. At the end she will bring my screen back up to allow me to put in my number. I then put my number in for the second time. I get my receipts to find that she once again blocked my number from going through and I never get the deals I shopped for. I have noticed the few times she has allowed it to go through and others who never give me issue it takes a few seconds for the machine to relay the savings. She acts frustrated that it is taking to long for her. I think if she worked faster by scanning and getting items into the bags time wouldn't be wasted and she would find that her line would move more efficiently. Its not my...

If a young lady is employed there by the name of Lacy, I've a complaint. As an otr truck driver, I'm on the road most days, having been home for the second time this month. I called and explained my situation, and spoke with Lacy. Very kind, helpful. I was informed there was a truck, which had rubbing alcohol on it, but may not be off truck until sunday morning. I was told to call back in 15 minutes. I called back, and having taken a screen shot of location, on pretty sure I called back correct place. The person who answered sounded exactly like the Lacy I originally spoke with. I was told no Lacy work there. I mentioned the conversation from the first phone call, to be told, "yeah, everbodies looking for alcohol, you got the wrong store!" In all honesty, I have nothing good to say about this store, they’re a joke. They are never stocked, the shelves are pretty much always empty. There are carts of boxes in front of some shelves, blocking people’s way to getting to what they need. It’s very annoying to push these carts out of the way. Not to mention, they close about 20 minutes early, doors closed and everything. With my experience working in retail and fast food, we actually closed at the time that we were supposed to and we counted the drawer afterward, not 20 minutes early.
