I hate posting bad reviews, but people need to know what happened. I never had a problem until today. Was always a great store with great service. Short story - bought a vape kit from them and it leaked. Went back with it and they told me they couldn’t help me and there’s nothing they could do. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Tried three times politely to explain my problem and get help, and possibly buy something to fix it, but never got that far. Was immediately told they can’t help me and there was nothing they could do. Three times. The coup de grace was being asked to leave the store the last time when all I was trying to do was be heard and explain where it was leaking to see if they had parts for it I could buy. Oh well.

I support local businesses, but with service like this, sadly, I won’t be going back here ever again. I’m sorry if the person was having a bad day, but now it’s affecting mine. I’ll be forever wondering what I did wrong to be asked to leave the store, and not once was there a single time my concern even attempted to be addressed. Never asked where it was leaking, nothing. Just ‘can’t help you nothing I can do.’ And the final coup de grace...

DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE!! Went I. To purchase a vape. They had me try it before walking out, never done that anywhere before. Well needless to say, it didn’t work. They grabbed another one for me to “try” before I left. Tried it three times and it worked fine. Left and when I was in the car went to use it and it STOPPED WORKING!! Per the sales lady her boss says there’s nothing he can do for me because I’ve already left.

Definitely will not be returning. Should have just stopped at the speedway 🙄🙄. The boss should probably look into the quality of his product because this has never happened to me...

Do not shop here ever! I've been screwed over by this shop one to many times. Bought a vape here for the 3rd time tried it before I left and it seemed to work fine. Once I left I hit it 2 more times and it quit working. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME! There's a reason all sales are final because they would definitely be losing money with the amount of refunds they would have to issue. I have no doubt the owner is knowingly selling bad products(hence the all sales are final policy that no other smoke shops have) which I'm sure wouldn't be hard to prove to the BBB. The owner is a crook and this store needs to...
