Subway — Restaurant in Ash Township

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. Ordered on the app and it sent both orders through. The man working June 12th 2025 at 8pm only completed one of the orders. So when I was searching for the other he asked what I was missing. I told him I had another order and he said oh he wasn’t even suppose to make this one that was ready and he did. He told me I’d be refunded for the second order. So I guess half the family was out of luck on eating the dinner we ordered. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t have just made things right and offered to make it since the order did go through and he made the first one and they were placed only minutes apart. All while he was helping a customer so I’m unsure if he could help the other customer why he couldn’t complete my other order that went through. Not very...

Thursday evening we made a online order. 25$ worth of food. For my daughter, husband and daughter friend. Paid for it. Went to pick up and my daughter was told they ran out of bread and were closing early. So to go online and cancel your order. After going back online there is NO WAY to cancel a order. So I called the store to tell her that. Her response was “Sorry”. Call in the morning and talk to a manger. I tried calling three times in the morning to talk with a manager to get a refund or my order, no answer. I called there again after work. A extremely rude worker told me to call Monday when a manger is in. Still no one has offered any way to make this right!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and at this point thieves! So be ware of the shady business this...

The young skinny boy that always works there with Paige Always gives dirty rude looks and never put enough sauce And when you ask for more he gives you a dirty look And that old Lady never listens she always has to ask you multiple times And she always cuts your sandwich with a sopping wet knife from the sanitizing holder on the line Who knows how long that water is been there and how much nasty wet food is in there and then she cuts your food with the knives that are in there Instead of grabbing one of the dry clean ones that are less than a foot away It’s not the only one to do this either it’s disgusting From now on I will only get food from there when Paige is there and she makes it and I will suggest others...
