Today at 11:45am one of your semi drivers hauling a construction truck ran two red lights (if the lady with her infant wasn’t paying attention your driver would have ran them over) and stopping in a cross walk. They need to be talked to because I get one time but 3 one involving a child and their mother. That’s too much. I have a DashCam and expect him to be talked to as that was reckless and dangerous behavior. I added photos but can’t add videos I guess on this review. These semis are big and heavy (and also a weapon when not driven with care) I get are large vehicles and hard to stop on point, but that’s the drivers responsibility to stop and if chosen to proceed needs to make sure his vehicle can get fully through the intersection before the light changes before entering it. Not leaving the trailer in the crosswalk or intersection. This was 100 percent driver error and neglect. This is not due lack of CDL training and has nothing to do with the business which is why I’m giving them a 2 star instead of one. The driver was just reckless. After totaling my Benz, Heather and the other staff here helped lessen my anxiety and stress with their professionalism and empathy towards me and my boys. One guy said “This is for you, if you’re ever in an accident again,” as he gave me a safety device that would help me break a window and I believe it helps other ways as well. I’ll look more into that! An hour or so later another guy gave my youngest son a coloring book as we continued to wait. I continued to handle things with the insurance in so much pain and stress. I can’t remember if this guy was one of the first two great gentlemen there but he gave my sons the cutest little squishy tow truck stress relief toy. They even stayed a little longer after 5pm so that I could get all of my belongings out of my Benz that I would never see again 😢 Overall, it was a great environment and experience with this towing...

I broke down on west bound US30 with my one ton daully and fully loaded 36' trailer. Being 5 hours away from home and not familiar with the area I felt a little lost. A car stopped to offer asstiance and gave me the phone number for Abers towing. Once I made the call they arrived within 15 minutes. I was still feeling a little stressed but that was quickly put to rest. They new exactly what needed to be done to insure a safe tow to the repair shop and paid attention to every detail. Josh also gave me a ride to a motel after we dropped my truck and trailer and even gave me his cell number in case I found myself stranded the following day. This type of customer service is rare in today's environment....
