Clocktower Pickleball is an incredible venue for hosting a charity tournament! In September, we held a tournament to raise funds for our High School Senior Class, and the experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.

I first met with Macy about two months in advance to go over dates, times, and levels of play. She was organized, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Clocktower even helped publicize the tournament and assisted with recruiting players, which was a huge help.

In the weeks leading up to the event, the team at Clocktower Pickleball answered all my questions and offered valuable advice. On the day of the tournament, Macy, Patty, and Michaela were incredibly helpful—setting up refreshments, checking in players, and continually asking how they could support us. Mike also jumped in with creative ideas to showcase our sponsor signage effectively.

The tournament itself ran smoothly, thanks to Macy’s perfectly timed schedule. Players had a great time competing, enjoying food and drinks, and relaxing between games.
