Been taking out at least once/month for years. I'm done. Them regularly underestimating cook times, whatever I'll just go 10 minutes later than they say. Last year removing a great menu item, fine. Staying to charge extra to use a credit card, I'll get cash. But tonight...

I get that new years eve will be busy for takeout, so I called in an order early. When I get there is packed like 10-15 people all waiting to pick up food. There's a line of takeout bags ready to be picked up. There are 2 people at the counter. The two people are actively ignoring everyone waiting to pick up food. One was doing something with the computers and the other was taking phone orders. After a few minutes people started to go check out the bagged food. They got told off by the women who was ignoring them who went back to ignoring them.

Instead of joining in the looking at food, i gave the woman my name, which she wrote down and went back to ignoring me too. Another 10 minutes of being ignored as they take more phone orders and there's another set of people looking at orders and again getting told off by now a server. Finally, after more than 30 minutes of waiting the other guy took my name and looked for my order. He found it and I paid and left.

When I got home 89 minutes after ordering, the food was cold. It had certainly been done the whole time I was waiting. This was not only some of the worst service I've ever seen, it was some of the dumbest. If they hadn't just ignored everyone they could have cleared out some of the people and maybe some of us would have...

On a Saturday evening, I placed an order online for home-delivery of the following dishes: General Tso's Chicken, Peking Ravioli, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Beef Teriyaki on a stick. The order arrived promptly, within 30 minutes, and the order's instructions/special requests were fulfilled correctly. This was a sufficient amount of food to feed 3 people, but would not have been enough to feed 4.

The food was quite good. The Peking Ravioli were perfectly pan-fried and very flavorful. There were 7 ravioli pieces all together.

The beef teriyaki was about average, IMO. It was a little tough-- biting it off of the stick was not always easy. There were 4 beef sticks all together in one order.

The General Tso's chicken was very good. There were several well-battered chicken pieces, and some broccoli for garnish. The meat was quality, white chicken. The sauce was flavorful. I had ordered this same dish about 3 weeks ago from the same restaurant and it was far better then, so there is some variability in the quality of preparation. It was so good before, that I have been thinking about getting more of it ever since. It was still quite good today, and it remains better than the local, competing restaurant, but it was not as memorable as it was before. The pieces were larger and the batter was crispier then.

The vegetable fried rice was quite good also. I did notice that the duck sauce appeared watered down, though.

I requested a side of white rice (as this was not listed on the menu) and this arrived with my order.

I've been a customer for years it was good until it wasn't I'm an African American women and this is a predominantly white bar the waitress Janet is very racist I've had her slam my food on the table and it spilled I was served cold soup and cold food and when asked for new food was denied and charged without my consent for the sushi I didn't want because it was old. Then the owner ray offered me a ride home one night made advances that I denied and after that every time I came to his establishment treated me bad. My co worker who was only 18 at the time I saw at the bar there was drunk and his friends the serve minors alcohol! This place needs to be closed immediately they're racist, fraudulent and not sanitary I ate there one day had food poisoning the next day told the owner ray he brushed it off and showed no sympathy. I spend so much money there and the treatment I've received is disgusting!!! Discrimination, charging my card for food I didn't not want because the shrimp was cold and rubber I'm a cook for 15 years old shrimp can kill you!! This place is horrible racist fraudulent and serves alcohol to minors and the owner is biggot and has no compassion for his regular customers of color! I will never spend a dime in there again! I always tipped the waiters brought new customers to them and the treatment I received last Tuesday was disgusting! I am extremely hurt when will racism end???? I don't suggest this place unless your white if your of color you will get...
