DONT get the Nokia c210- ISNT WORTH $20. Its SO BAD + so hard to do ANYTHING on, doesnt even hv a stock gallery. Cant play ANY games. Over $100 + being w metro for years, you'd THINK they'd LET U KNOW u CANT return/exchange it u bought it to replace a phone cuz it's considered an 'upgrade' so ur STUCK. WASTE of $100. I can't do ANYTHING I use my phones for all cuz the original phone I bought when 1st joining (Samsung a54) just DIED. I woke to it entirely dead + wont charge. Been eyeing that moto g stylus but metro dont offer any special deals for ANYTHING decent. $100 + JUST PAYING my $65 bill-all for NOTHING. Switched to Boost Mobile + for LESS than I spent at metro on that JUNK Nokia. I got the MOTO G STYLUS, ACTIVATED W 1ST MONTH, SHIPPING, TAXES ETC all for $92. My billing date w metro was ALWAYS a few days b4 I got my money so ALWAYS had to get the 72 hr extension. I HATED being at metro. My experiences IN THIS STORE both times were less than ideal too - 1st time the guy sent me out w my phone in entirely diff language. I cldnt even understand how to set it to English so I could actually use it. Why? Surprise. Surprise - SAME as the guy this time - they're ON THEIR PHONES + not paying attention to u + UR NEEDS. Both times I felt they just wanted to get us all out of there so they could continue on their phones. I am assuming based on how they made me feel. I am angry this guy didnt NOTIFY me the sale wld be FINAL cuz it's considered an "upgrade"( that cost MORE than the A54 when I 1st joined) Its NO upgrade but more a DOWNGRADE. I called the next day, willing to spend more + get a better phone as soon as I realized I couldn't do ANYTHING on this NOKIA. It's SO BAD but his answer was to come in + hed SELL me ANOTHER phone. Are u crazy? I just spent nearly $200 between the bill + Nokia already. No way. I'm done. I've gone into Metro PCs in Boston, the 1 off mass Ave and that place is even worse. At least this one is clean but service is poor. NO GOOD OFFERS. I've never had a Nokia or Motorola. Ive had the z flips, notes, note ultras but Ive had those free government phones, all usually terrible but this NOKIA C210 IS JUST AS BAD if not worse but I am grateful for this last experience cuz I been wanting that moto g stylus but only way to get it having been w metro all these years is switch to the flex $70 and up then AFTER A YEAR u can get it so being fed up, looked around + was able to BUY IT OUTRIGHT, OWN IT - UNLOCKED FOR $39.99 switching to BOOST. The SERVICE w boost is STELLAR. Idk why but the main card I use for everything will sometimes decline things...even small Google Play purchases when I'll have hundreds on it and after being on the phone a while getting this new plan + phone came time for my payment and the card was declining it. I had to go over to an atm, withdraw the cash, go to the bank, put it in there and then use the bank card. I asked the guy to PLEASE STAY ON THE PHONE - I couldn't lose getting this phone + He DID. HE STAYED ON THE PHONE while I got dressed, ran out and did all those things. He wasn't getting anything for this. I wasn't paying for online service help, activation or shipping - my TOTAL WAS $92 to OWN the moto g stylus + GET A WHOLE NEW SERVICE. I never had boost mobile before but THAT'S SERVICE. The ppl at metro make u feel like they just want you to hurry and get out and don't inform you of things they SHOULD. I'm so glad I didn't end up WALKING there which initially WAS the plan. After waking to a dead phone Id hand wrote the directions and began the almost 4 hr walk there + 4 hrs back but WAS OFFERED A RIDE BY A OLDER COUPLE I had to ask directions cuz my paper w them was wet from the rain and smudged. 🙏 Would hv been SO upset to walk 8 hrs on top of the money spent for JUNK. Read moreMatheus was the associate that assisted us during our visit. When we first arrived he was alone and there was a substantial amount of people in the store. I watched as he handled every transaction with care while still being very diligent and sensitive to his clients time constraints. He was super super attentive to our needs and even convinced us to switch to Metro! He switched my line and my wife’s line in a matter of minutes and for half of what we where paying with our previous lines.
