Did not impress me for fun at all I was playing game king machine it had just stopped playing tried turning on my service lite for assistance kept waiting and waiting and waiting then turned on the service lite beside my machine to get help kept waiting and waiting and waiting never saw an employee walking around to help no one came to assist I had $$$ still on machine wasn’t going to look for assistance was sitting where I could SEE the customer service desk yet no one came soooo I FINALLY called SANDY’s Game Center from my cell phone OMG it rang and rang and rang and rang I kid you not my friend came to see what was going on so then she went to find assistance FINALLY someone answered and said well there’s only one person on the floor and I have no way of contacting her therefore you’ll have to wait till either I see her pass by the desk or you can cash out I explained the machine isn’t allowing me to do ANYTHING it just stopped stop working and I am in the middle of my game AGAIN she repeated her comment then the employee walked from the back room and turned to the right of me and I still remained WAITING.. this is so frustrating and unacceptable for such an ESTABLISHMENT that is taking my $$$. I sit and continue to wait and my friend came back and says I can’t find anyone then as we both waited the employee finally came over she had to REBOOT the machine (it was as if she had not been trained to do this technique it took her several tries to get her key to work) once she got machine opened up and REBOOTED then I tried to play. Unable machine was STILL FROZEN UP then another employee shows up to assist this employee and neither could figure out WHY the machine wouldn’t work. My fried kept saying you Broke it, trying to ease my frustration. So while the two employees kept telling each other I don’t get it I continue to really get annoyed more than ever. Couldn’t play couldn’t cash out was not even offered to please me by saying “well give you the amount of $$$ you have in the machine at the service desk. It went on and on . I just wanted to LEAVE. Finally I’m guessing the eye in the sky camera (security) must of seen how long this incident was taking or saw the frustration on my face, cause then a “Technician came to the machine and asked what was going on… everything was repeated again. Employee said she opened machine rebooted and still not working still FROZEN UP. He stood there then he took his hands and pushed on the frame of the machine and it began to start working. Horrible experience from such an establishment horrible experience overall. I cashed my $$$/ticket and left. Unbelievable customer care support, no staffing of employees, no knowledge of how to handle a paying customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND SANDY’s GAME CENTER in...

I've been an avid player there for awhile now im a ruby member. I've had a blast playing there. I've met some good people there some I will meet up with there to just gamble an chat. 2 weeks ago I hit my 5th jackpot handpay for for this year. Playing the fish game the slot attendant took taxes out of my handpay when she was told to not take taxes out that's why we have a players card for a win loss statement. So I hand tbe money back to them an tell them to bring me the correct amount of money lady takes tbe money back comes back with gaming g manager telling me thats its almost impossible to change an that they was un able to do it. So I was forced to take it. I told them I would leave it there pick it up tbe next day. The said they couldn't. Finding out from tbe gaming commission that they could've easily made it right. They Just didn't want to do thete job. The gaming manager assured me it would be made right. I never heard a single word back from that man. I ended up contacting there fb page an a lady called me asking me about what happened. I'm like yeah yall took 800 dollars out of my money for no reason you dont just withhold taxes. So there resultion for there mistake was a free dinner after 2 weeks thats there decision. I mean a ruby member isn't easy to get. Those that play know. The younger gaming manager is top notch. Very polite helpful. Honest as honest can be. At the end of the day sandys dropped the ball on one of there top tier clents. I use my players card very rarely lol. I've never had any issue with this place until then an the way they tried to handle it was just crazy 800 dollars an you want to offer me dinner cmon man. At the end of the day if they dont make it right I told them that I would even accept my money in free play. The w2g form after the gaming day cannot be changed. They've did nothing to help really took 2 weeks for anyone to call the manager never called me was suppose to call me the next day. He knew he dropped tbe ball. I really appreacite the younger guy with dark hair. If you go there deal with him only. Pleasant guy an very honest. The free play doesn't cost them a penny. They messed up the amount an need to make tbr amount correct in some way . Be prepared to have TSA like security upon entering. The security staff is very rude and will speak rather loudly to you. You will have to have your ID verified, place your belongings into a plastic tray, and then pass thru a scanner. Be careful on what you take inside! Depending on when you arrive, this process could take awhile. If you have to go outside, then you will have to be scanned in again.

There is mainly slot games here. Cheaper slot games start out at .25 to .30 a spin and go up from there. Cheaper slot games are uncommon. Most slot games have higher minimums. There are very few video poker machines to play. Video Poker starts at .25 a hand minimum. There is no table games. Video and live Keno games are not present as well.

The sports betting area seemed decent. One gentlemen tried to help, but was hard to understand. The other cashier was very helpful and answered all my questions. If sports betting is your thing, then this area may be worth a visit.

This is a rather small casino with few amenities. There is a free self-serve soda machine for guests. Bathrooms can be a challenge to find.
