Leisure World Plaza — Local services in Aspen Hill

Building too many Banks & Shoos in LW's Parking Lot... Used to be an easy parking lot to get in to... Now it feels like I'm driving on the Beltway at rush hour when I drive onto LW's parking lot.... The PNC Bank up by Crisp + Juicy + The P.O. is not logistically place well... It stop our oeev flow through traffic who are trying to get to the U.S.P O. & all the shops & Svcs on the North End if the Parking Lot. Once again- another new stand alone Bldg is blickingv& clogging the car traffic flow in + out if LW Pkaza from Intl Blvd all the way over to Rossmoor Blvd & backing up traffic all the way into the Main Gate Entrance into Leisure World's Retirement Community... Not wise street flow planning.. OR maybe just too much wmphasus on profits Over Patrons Convenience by owners...

As a 55+ for Seniors with 18 hole Golf, Great Restaurants within the 5,000 acre Gated Community, great management, pleasant landscapes, excellent clubs, recreation & news make this an Inclusive Senior Citizen's Community. Homes are comfortable, including multiple living styles & options, pets are welcome depending on specific location. Leisure World MD has defined regulations, monthly fees include most expences, are reasonable and cost-effective for most Seniors. There are few personal requirements other than proof of solvency, income, citizenship and similar information. It's a friendly community who care...

Leisure World Plaza is very nice. Senior living quarters are located right behind the plaza. The plaza itself is always clean; it has a Giant Grocery store, a Post office, Subway rest, Burger King, Ledos pizza, and the best place to eat is Nancy's Restaurant!! Homemade food from breakfast to dinner, coffee, tea, juice, soda and desserts. The owner and the people that work there are extremely nice and friendly. You'll feel like they are friends or family you haven't seen in a while even if you have seen them everyday! Everyone I've encountered at Leisure World is so nice and polite....
