The subs here are standard the service is the issue and it's actually abysmal I must be a glutton for punishment returning to this place or more likely there's little food options in the area and I live close by. I honestly don't get the high marks for service but then again I do I'm sure some people do get a privileged level of service but I digress. I've contacted management IDK how many times so they either don't care or put an emphasis on consistency of service. I'm pretty sure the workers cant even spell consistency so I might be asking too much. The staff refuses to greet you or as much as ask can I take your order without the customer inconveniencing their blank stares to get something going. But then the very next customer may or may not get a greeting there's no consistency. I guess if you're recognized from the barrio or one of the senior citizens then you get treated fairly. Not my fault youre paid minimum wage leave your issues/emotions/biases at home and do the job...women.Then theres the issue of repeating yourself numerous times to get your order across. They are suppose to close at 10pm Monday through Saturday but close at 9pm instead. This is misleading as I have traveled to this location from a few miles away only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign that says closed. I arrived after 9pm but 30 minutes before 10pm yet this location is already closed! Please adhere to the time you agreed upon to keep your establishment open for your customers which is 10pm.
