Crisp & Juicy — Restaurant in Maryland

Leisure World Plaza Crisp and Juicy, Silver Spring, MD. Horrible customer service by a very rude man whom I believe was the manager. Had three Chorizo sandwiches delivered. None of them had green peppers as advertised on the menu. Since this was the second time, I got chorizo sandwiches without the advertised green pepper, I called the restaurant to politely complain and suggest they be more careful constructing the sandwich or or remove the green peppers from the menu description. The man, with no apology of any sort, told me he checked with the chef and the chef said he put green peppers on the sandwich. I repeated that there were no green peppers and that I had no reason to make such a thing up; he repeated his chef said he put green peppers on the sandwich; I suggested that his chef was probably lying to him. This caused him to fly into a rage and yell in a really nasty, rude tone , "I'm sorry. What do you want me to do." I suggested he treat his customers better. I also said that I would submit a review about his awful customer service. He told me to do what i want and hung up. Business must be good. I don't understand what is happening with this restaurant, they recently increased the price of food ridiculously, how is it possible that you increase $2 dollars to the supper platter from one day to the next, the food is being sent incorrectly, the fries are always damaged, the white and yellow rice feels like I'm chewing plastic, the bananas always come undercooked, hard and cold, the chicken is raw and you can see the blood, that's disgusting, if this keeps happening I won't even go back to buy more food.

2021 Crisp & Juicy is my first option for eating broiled chicken. They are the best chicken restaurant I have been before. Specially on this store the food was exceptional, however, i didn’t like the attitude of the server, she was very rude and her facial expression was like she was very mad and bored of whatever she’s doing, even that, the register was very friendly but the lady server kill that exceptional service of the cashier. I would leave zero stars if possible. Incredibly rude staff, likely a manager, who couldn't help but be openly insulting and rude when I requested a copy of my receipt, and he couldn't provide the sales receipt, nor the credit card one, then reamed me out for even having the gall to ask for either (edited bc previously posted incomplete by accident). This was 2+ yrs ago and I haven't gone back despite living nearby. Hoping new management or owner might change things in the future. A comment on the sauce issue: it is like pulling teeth even when you are willing to pay for more, like it's a secret how much comes with each meal and how much it costs for more. Give it with the meal, or sell it, but don't be jerks and make the entire concept opaque and stingy. That goes with most locations though, likely bc ppl abused prior policy. Doesn't excuse not...
