This was their $10.99 chicken parm sandwich. One piece of chicken that covered half the roll and barely any sauce.

Very Poor with answering the phones and horrible customer service. I've had problems calling in the past at this location, but this experience is the last I will put up with it. So, I called in on 6/6/2019 and made an order. Placed it at 6 pm. Up until this point, I was satisfied. However, my dad asked me to order something for him. I called back to add to my order and was told to be put on hold. I waited over 10 minutes before I felt that I was not going to be helped. Hung up. I tried several more times to call and no one picked up. After about the 6th call, someone did finally pick up. However, it seemed like the they picked up the phone and placed it down as I could hear the conversations in the store. I tried several times to to get someone to answer the phone and no one came. After another 5 minutes of this, I reluctantly hung up and tired calling another 5 times, but to no avail. At this point, I was furious. I was of the mind to not even go down their to pick my food up, but I had to go because my brother was "luckily" able to place his order earlier. When I got there, I decided to cancel my order and tell the staff why. I was told that they had two people call out and that's why the couldn't effectively answer their phones. It seemed a bit chaotic there. I would have understood all this had they not of been so rude in their reply. Instead, the person I spoke with simply said "Why did you place your order then?" in what I felt to be a condescending tone. I do not expect much in the way of sandwich making, so long as its made and its good, then I am good. I also get that the people making the sandwiches are only human, so mistakes happen. However, when I am so inconvenienced as I was just simply trying to call up to spend more money, I at least expect the staff there to say "We are very sorry about the inconvenience. We are short staffed today...so everything is a bit hectic. Is there anything we could do to make this right?" or something like that...That's one of the basic tenants of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I could not even get that. I have been going to this Primos ever since it opened in Aston. However, the quality in customer service has dropped little by little over the years, and has especially dropped under this new management. Its sad to say, but I will not be spending any more of my money at this location until their is more competent management. For $10+ dollars, it is simply not worth it the hassle....

Nothing wrong with this location, but I just don't see what the big draw with Primo Hoagies are. The meats they use are good but the bread completely kills the experience. Ironically that's what Primo is known for, its bread. My coworkers used to get sandwiches from a center city Philly location and I remember the sandwiches being at least 12 inches, but I'm guessing due to rising costs, the size of the sandwiches have gotten smaller. I would definitely come back again if I could get a hoagie without that bread and just a regular hoagie role, but alas it wouldn't be a Primo. Oh but that dirt cake is legit. If I had Bezos money I'd have a swimming pool filled with it and I would just swim in it all day, just imagine all that dirt cakey goodness all over your body, it would be a legit reason to lick your fingers (still gross though). I may go back just for a couple tubs of dirt cake. You know...

Ordered from Primos in Aston, PA had delivered through Grub hub and 2 of the sandwiches were not in the bag called Primos and one of the female workers answered the phone and when asked who packs the bags she said staff does so we stated that they forgot to pack it correctly she then stated “ I guess so” instead of apologizing for this error she was flippant and rude and did not care !! Then I went to the store and the supposed manager there didn’t care either! Very poor customer service !! And didn’t even offer to remake the sandwiches because they were then cold by the time all of this was over ! Very disappointed and I hope people read this and decide to go somewhere else for...
