Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Aston Township

What an awful experience in this Popeyes. I ordered a simple 3 piece chicken lunch, the place was empty of patrons except for 2 cars in the drivethru. They had plenty of staff who seemed to be having a good time chatting away with each other with no apparent daily chores to do even though there was signs of trash on the floors and outside. My Togo order was not check by me until I got back to my vehicle. ICE COLD CHICKEN... seriously? You had one job... and you completely failed at that. From the cook who gave it to the server.... To the server girl who took my order.. and she never added the secondary extra items I asked for. ...They seemed like they could care less if your order is right or wrong. I had to drive around thru the driveway and tell the girl server what I was given. I said politely "My Chicken is cold" She then took the bag of food from me,stuck her fingers on the meat and never said a word to me. Not sure if it wasn't cook all the way Or just left there for an over extended amount of time. I heard her ask the cook for another 3 piece, this time gave me another chicken order...(it was the regular and not spicy like I initially asked for...but at least that was "slightly " warmer.) No...."we're so sorry" No apologies what so ever. Just gave me the bag and walked away. Man....what an awful customer service. I will never go to this place ever again as long as that staff is working there... Now let's hope I don't get sick from the chicken I did eat. FAIL FAIL FAIL AVOID AVOID AVOID! I seriously hope none of this staff EVER get other jobs in the food service...

Not sure what happened to the old crew (July-ish 2023) but the new evening crew is pretty awful. I asked for a meal and they told me to come to the first window without completing the order (drink, side) or telling me the final cost. When I got to the window I gave them the rest of my order and they said they "don't do meals anymore" 🤨

They then added all of the meal items separately, which costs more, and when I asked them why / how do they "not do meals anymore" they got mad about it saying "whatever, don't argue with them, they always think they're right even when they're wrong". Eventually, they did ring up the order in their system as a meal

To the drive-thru lady at around 3 pm, you hurt my feelings. I was so nice and even said sorry for such confusion to think that I wasn’t the one who’s supposed to be doing customer service. All I want was to order my chicken, you could’ve helped me instead of giving me an attitude. You need to understand not all people, like me are expert since that was my first time at Popeyes. I chose your location because you’ve got the highest ratings near my location on google thinking you guys provide such awesome service. I went to Wilmington Delaware branch instead and they provided me such great customer service and they even corrected me nicely because it was common sense, they knew what I meant to say. It was so disappointing and you almost ruined my day. But I am writing to let you know that even if you’re not having a good day, please don’t treat people how you treated me. Kindness is free. We need to heal the world, peace and on its axis. However if you’re just gonna laugh at this or if you don’t care about kindness, I will be...
