Well apparently I'm not the only one who has been rudely treated by the older short blonde haired cashier that works every morning. The last straw was when I walked away and heard her talking about me to assistant manager,because I asked her a? Well I voiced my opinion that I've been a customer since they opened and have never had any employee be so obnoxiously rude and this seems to be other peoples views. What is so hard about being nice to every customer, Hi,have a nice day,bye,and its not a race issue because im white . And seems to me she is in dire need of clustered service. Im honestly thinking about moving my prescriptions to another store like CVS and not spending any more $ at walgreens in aston. Didnt know she worked Sunday mornings but she was there this morning, didn't say one word to me at all. She should be fired because she's ruining your business and were all local loyal customers. The young black man who is always so nice and helpful was there too. Plus I've seen her several times talking to herself so maybe she has mental issues but its so wrong that she chooses who she's wants to be nice to and who she doesn't. Her job is to treat all customers the same. I still said to her this morning " Have a nice day" and no response but I didn't expect one from her but not going to change for her. So if I have to shop at another store so bit.soAnd I will let corporate know....
Read moreI was probably the 6th person in line and was helping the baby in front of me because she kept dropping her candies out of the cart. I’ve watched the cashier be very pleasant with everyone else in line but once I walk up I say good morning…no response. I ask if she can price check my items before I buy. No response. She price checks one and I say okay I’ll take that one. Give her another item to price check and she’s like this too? With an attitude. I say yes. She checks it and the price was higher than I expected so I say I’ll leave that but I’ll put it back no problem. She just puts it behind the counter im like okay then…Forget the price check because clearly im annoying her by just being there. So she rings up the rest and I wait for her to tell me the total…she doesn’t. I look at the screen and see it so I give her my money. She takes it and just gives me a receipt. Im like ok thank u! Have a nice day. Then she starts taking the lady after me and I heard her give her a very pleasant good morning. Read moreWent there for my COVID test 30 minutes in advance of my appointment, but forgot to carry my license which they said was required. Rushed back home and back with the license in the drive through line 12 minutes past my appointment. But because of the drive through line I was 25 minutes late to get the test. It was the same lady who knew I was there well ahead of the time and rushed back to go get the license. She not only denied the test but was extremely rude. Never going back to Walgreens ever again. There is something called EQ that Walgreens must train their employees on. Work is not just clock your hours and read the rule book. I had an emergency travel situation and I did everything that I possibly could to get the test. CVS would never do this!...
