Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Local services in Atascocita

My family and I always enjoy grabbing a sweet treat at Jeremiah’s. It is close to where we live, everything we try is delicious and everyone who works there is so kind.

We came in for a visit yesterday to celebrate my son and his friend/classmate; for winning their class spelling bee. I was really proud of them both and knew we had to go out to celebrate after school. Immediately after walking inside, we were greeted with a smile and the employee at the register asked us about our day. The employee’s name is Anthony. He was attentive, patient and really good with kids. I had my toddler with us, too. He let my daughter “pet” their frog mascot that sat on their counter. She loved that. I mentioned to him, that the boys had won their class spelling bee and we were there to celebrate. Anthony was so sweet, he instantly congratulated them both; I could tell that he was genuinely happy for them. It meant a lot to me; for a stranger to be so kind, while in a world where kindness is short to come by.

I decided to come here after eating lunch at the food truck park down the street. This was my first time trying this chain. I was surprised at all the choices, but decided to choose one of their own combo creations.

The strawberry shortcake was good. It had an interesting texture. Not sure about the flavor of the strawberry ice though, it was a super strong artificial flavor, and then the cake batter and vanilla were the best parts. I kinda wish I had gotten just cake batter and vanilla.

I personally didn’t like how they pile it on well over the top. I get that that’s literally their brand imagine but the ice cream starts melting immediately and drips everywhere and all over your hands while you’re trying to eat it.

I got a small ($6) and honestly it was too much for me wish they had an even...

I'm writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of a manager at this Jeremiah's Italian Ice location. I've heard disturbing reports about this individual engaging in racist and homophobic actions, including sending hateful messages to someone I know and even involving others to make threats.

As someone who values inclusivity and respect, I cannot in good conscience support a business that employs or tolerates such behavior. Racism and homophobia have no place in our community, and it's crucial that businesses take these issues seriously.

I urge others to consider these allegations before choosing to support this establishment. It's important to hold businesses accountable for the actions of their employees and to create a welcoming environment...
