I stopped at swig on my way home I ordered a drink when I got to the window I was handed the drink but without the cream . I informed the guy he took my drink back and added the cream. Once I tasted the drink it was not good. I got back in line to ask if I could exchange for something different I was told no I would have to pay for it and they would not take my drink back even though they took it back to add the cream. So I asked for a refund, I was told they refunded me but couldnât give me receipt because they were out of paper. I asked for the manager who was Chole. She told me she is following policy she could not give another drink for equal or lesser value. She was rude and said if your refund doesnât post to your bank in 5 days come back. She refused to give me her boss name. So I left without a drink no proof of a refund and minus 6$. Do Not buy from Swig go next door to Dutch Brothers they have good drinks and better customer service hands down. I would give minus 6 stars if I could because thatâs what I left with no...
Read moreSwig is a delightful gem for anyone who craves a sweet treat or a refreshing pick-me-up! Their dirty sodas are an absolute game-changerâperfectly fizzy, customizable, and packed with unique flavor combinations that hit the spot every time. Whether youâre in the mood for something fruity, creamy, or a surprising mix of both, Swig has you covered.
But the real showstopper? Their sugar cookies. These are hands down the best Iâve ever had! Soft, buttery, and topped with the perfect layer of frosting, theyâre the ultimate comfort dessert. Pair one with your favorite soda, and youâve got yourself a match made in heaven.
The service at Swig is just as impressive as their menu. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always eager to recommend their personal favorites if youâre feeling overwhelmed by all the amazing options.
Swig is more than just a soda shopâitâs a happy little escape that always leaves you smiling.

Read moreI visited this new business recently and had a very disappointing experience with the cashier. I ordered cinnamon sugar pretzels but received salted ones instead. When I went back to exchange them, I was met with unnecessary attitude. I know I ordered cinnamon sugar, yet she insisted I had ordered salted pretzels after checking her computer and tried to charge me again.
I tried to explain the mistake calmly, but she argued with me for five rounds (which I did return the same energy right back after she was being hostile), each time telling me I didnât order what I knew I did. It was incredibly frustrating and rude. If youâre going to work in customer service, especially in a new business, Iâd suggest taking a bit more care and patience with customers, or maybe find a job you actually enjoy. A simple mistake couldâve been handled much better without the back-and-forth. Very...
