This morning, we decided to try Little Cancun for breakfast, hoping for a delightful start to our day. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
From the moment we approached the counter, we were met by a young woman taking our order who appeared to be having a rough day. She exhibited a noticeably poor attitude and seemed irritated just by the act of helping us. Her responses were curt, conveying a sense of annoyance that made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
When it came time to order, I specifically requested just the meat and vegetables, wanting a simple, nutritious meal. However, I was shocked when the total came out to an exorbitant price, especially considering the meager portion I received. What was served to me was hardly enough — just a scant tablespoon of beans, a few pieces of chicken, and a single, thin slice of avocado that looked more like a garnish than a component of a meal. It was disheartening, especially since I prepare larger portions for my toddler at home.
It felt as though the young lady's frustration manifested in the meager serving, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I can’t even speak to the taste of the food since I was only able to take two bites before deciding it wasn't worth it. Overall, her attitude completely soured my visit, and I resolved not to return to Little Cancun again. What this establishment truly needs is a warm smile and a friendly face to welcome customers and create a positive...
Read moreCame here for breakfast then lunch later. Never had lunch until today. Breakfast still four dollars per tacos. Still great on the price. Had a shredded beef, egg and cheese, and a chicken fajita, egg, and cheese. Breakfast still good and better than most taco spots. Lunch was shocking to me. I would of thought, bigger tortillas and more meat, same size as breakfast tacos SMH. I'm a grown man, and I eat. Whataburger breakfast taquitos bigger than this place lunch tacos. Like small flour tortillas. Then no rice or beans to go with my tacos. SMH. At least bigger tacos for lunch versus breakfast if you're not serving with beans or rice. SMH. That's extra. And you should see the portion for rice or beans. Like a toddlers portion. SMH. I'll stick to my three breakfast tacos for now on. Lunch Birria tacos were good, but most places will serve it also with beans and rice around this same area. So to me, the lunch is a tease if you really want to eat. Just my take. Stick to...
Read moreThe food, service, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. Their menu boasts a wide variety of fresh-cut meats and an array of toppings, ensuring there's something for everyone. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food, making the food even more enjoyable. The strawberry horchata is an absolute must-try! If you're in the Houston area and looking for a place that delivers on both taste and service, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. Highly...
