Bakery Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered my food and when it was time to pay I gave her my credit card and when she gave me the copy to sign it asked about a tip, I don't believe in tipping unless I'm truly being waited on and the person that waits on me is a server who depends on tips for there income. When I put zero the lady snatched the receipt out of my hand and through the pen and receipt down hard on her little register. However this was the worst part she then said (typical American) I had some words with her after she said that. It's us typical Americans that help put food on her table and to have a business of her own in this country. Extremely poor customer service. I've visited this location on three separate occasions, the clerk/owner does not great customers nor say thank you at the end of a transaction. He acts as if you're bothering him when placing an order. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, on my last visit I said thank you and have a nice day and I still did not receive a response. First and last time visiting this shop. First off, the lady running the place looks sour, miserable and has a nasty attitude. Nextly, the flavor of dough was not what I expected. Although, I did like how crispy the doughnut was and how it wasn't heavy. The bun kolache was a complete waste of time.
