Hands down the best nail salon in Athens!!! Every other one I’ve tried in the area doesn’t compare to the service of Helen Nails. It’s the quality of work, calm environment, and friendly staff that does it for me. Hard to find all 3 in other salons. Helen is precise and so good at manicures and the other young girl is the best at pedicures. The only downside is you have to make an appointment most of the time rather than walk-in which is difficult when you have a young baby, but there’s only a few of them on staff so it makes sense. Also, they don’t do a manicure unless you specifically ask for one - otherwise they just do the gel or SNS nails without the manicure. I’ve never had this happen at any other salon as a manicure is usually included in the gel or SNS price, but it’s worth noting if you do want the full nail experience. Next level rude and I had to go to the dermatologist because I developed a painful skin condition. Awful people and terrible service. Don’t waste your money. Now they are lying about what actually happened (the color was way more than slightly off from what I chose) below in a very unprofessional response. Such a BAD LOOK and not a way to treat people who have legitimate and valid concerns and complaints. They're basically saying they offered me other 'solutions' but in the same sentence say that I shouldn't have been offered anything. Why would I subject myself to more rudeness? Any business owner can issue a refund whenever they want to. They just didn't want...

I've been 2 many nail salons searching 4 the best. Well I finally found it❣ This place is the best place I have ever been 2❣ Not only r they friendly but the service is off the chain. They don't have u cramped and twisted like a pretzel when u want both manicure and pedicure done. U sit in a booth 2 do nails and then u move 2 pedicure seat.
