Booked this service to come to our airbnb in Charleston for an Bach party back in March. Got an email confirmation and paid the $100 deposit for the party. Come the day of service, no one shows up during the time frame we were given. We messaged on socials, called multiple times and texted before we got a response back saying “ Hi! I am not sure who this is but you may have wrong number”.

Come to find out, nothing was added to their schedule on their end, they currently have customers in their shop and they no longer service Charleston.

They “fixed” the situation with a “sorry for the inconvenience” and a refund of our deposit. Then included a text with other permanent jewelers in the area….as if any could get to us asap to set up and start.

If you are coming for a bach or party, I would not recommend booking here ahead of time. You cannot trust their online reservation/communication and...

Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

We booked this jewelry company for a friend's bachelorette, and it was a complete disaster. We paid a deposit for a travel fee and confirmed the booking in advance. They STILL didn't show up. On the day of the event, they completely ghosted us—no calls, no emails, NOTHING. We tried reaching out multiple times by phone, but they ignored attempts to contact them for over an hour.

This company ruined a huge part of the celebration. We had this planned this for months, spent money on food, drinks and rides to attend this. Their complete lack of professionalism was shocking. Taking our money, confirming the event, and then just no showing? Absolutely unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money—find a company that actually respects...

Ladybird Jewelry is AMAZING! I couldn’t say enough about how amazing the business is. The aesthetic is so beautiful! Kayce is absolutely amazing and makes sure everyone who is there feels comfortable and at home. I’ve gotten many of permanent bracelets from her and still love them to this day!
