I went here as a child and remember being in awe of the crystals, rocks, beads, pendants and trinkets. I finally went back as a 30 something adult, and got lost in the beautiful array just as I'd done as a child. We talked soulfully and they'd told us of their travels, riding elephants and of foreign places they had experienced first hand. We bought a crystal I'd planned to buy, like the one I'd treasured for years as a kid, and several other cool things, we plan to come back next month, hopefully sooner! This place is an escape from the world, but at the same time, immerses you in it. The owners have travelled around the world to bring art, beads, jewelry, crystals, etc. to Athens. They are very friendly, personable, and helpful. Their prices are unbeatable too. You can make jewelry there or take it home with you, they will teach you everything you need to know. My mom lives a bit out of town and this is her escape from the chaos of life. Her and I love this hidden gem- it’s welcoming and we always feel present in the moment, at peace....

I never normally post reviews, but this place filled me with so much giddy and joy it was a MAGICAL place. Makes me wish I went to OU just so I could visit this shop all the time. I felt like I was spending so much money, but for the beautiful beads that I got, I expected it to cost WAY more.
