LET ME MAKE KNOWN this is the first bad review I have written and I have been ALOT OF PLACES with my YELP account and this place takes the CAKE! Clearly they know how to take, charge but NOT fill orders. My boyfriend placed an order from California for Valentine's well the order NEVER Came, so the 15th I missed 3 calls so I returned the call They answered with a very short HELLO, no company greeting no name of who I am speaking with. I answered say yes I had a missed call the female say's she has to put me on hold she doesn't I can hear someone directing someone else it's line one. Second female get's on phone say's she is wanting to verify if I was going to be at the address provided today the 15th. And that was ALL SHE SAID ON THE MATTER!!!! NOT A SORRY, an EXCUSE, A LIE nothing to me! So I call out to California my boyfriend informes me that he was told they came out 3 different times. Lie someone was home all day, and NO INDICATOR was left on any door saying they were attempting to make delivery. I call back this time professional greeting and name I tell her i had just called to RESCHEDULE A LOCATION and how up set I was by the entire situation of examples 1,2 and 3. She then offered an apology and I lost it HOW DARE you offer an apology when I am the ONE filing an complaint. She had NO DESIRE TO correct the problem PRIOR TO ME CALLING AND NOW, NOW THAT I'M ON THE PHONE NOW she is going to apologize. Offer an UPGRADE ON MY flowers WHY WAS THAT ALREADY DONE?????? They forgot HALF THE ORDER that was PAID FOR my boyfriend had paid for an upgrade of a stuffed animal. NEVER RECIEVED! So bright and early California time my boyfriend calls the business where the OWNER 5.tattled on me that I GOT CRAZY WITH HIS STAFF and it was uncalled for, also told my boyfriend 6. if she works in town why did you put to have it dilvered to her home??? (Why that's ANY OF HIS CONCERN) 7.Lied and said I live 50 miles roundtrip to shop. I live 11 miles of the loop one way. Even better my boyfriend has been here he is VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA. Well all I can say is the owner AT LEAST credited him BACK FOR THE merchandise NEVER RECEIVED. I have every intention of posting this on every social media outlet that I have I am a Google Local Guide with over a half a million views on my account!

IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN you can't afford to be LAZY! and this is completely what it boils down to NO ONE WANTED TO DRIVE OUT TO me that's why they were trying to make calls and ruin suprises for people just cause they were LAZY bout doing THEIR JOB!!!

My husband passed away on March 8, 2022 and Expressions handled all the floral arrangements for the funeral. The customer service my family and I received from this business was exceptional. Nancy took the time to listen to our requests, to make design suggestions when we had questions and to talk us through the process of working with the funeral home. She has such a kind and compassionate spirit and she was just the person we needed during this difficult time. The arrangements themselves were all lovely - very full, ample and fresh. They looked much like the pictures in their selection books yet there were artistic touches included that took the arrangements to the next level.

We also received several cut flower arrangements that were sent to our home that were prepared by Expressions. They lasted well beyond what you would normally...

These photos depict my birthday bouquet from my husband Alan, created by Mike. The next-to-last photo was taken a week ago, and the last photo, with a little rearrangement of blooms, was taken today. The delicate larkspur and the gerbera daisies have chosen to rest, the larkspur's tiny blossoms salvaged to dry. Still, there are blue eryngium and purple blue hydrangea. Fully opened Peach and tiny copper roses. Bells of Ireland, which just today have begun to open their minute hidden white flowers! To express oneself is to give expression in a creative or artistic manner. Mike and Expressions made my husband and me recipients, and they excelled. We are so pleased! Thank you, Mike, for the lovely and unique work of color, texture, and form you created for me, and for Alan. You are the best!
