Our usual donut shop (close to the house) was closed so we found this shop. I’m a visitor to Athens and this shop is a little hard to see from the street (if you’re unfamiliar with the town you might miss it) but GPS picks it up just fine. Service was excellent and the donuts were great. My only issue is that my granddaughter wanted a breakfast sandwich and they don’t make them at Daylight Donuts. Still….....

I have never had a negative experience at Daylight Donuts. This morning, I had a chance to stop and get donuts but I was very disappointed because the Bavarian cream in the donuts tasted slightly soured. Couldn’t eat it. At all.
